Cloud Computing using Mobile Phone

Mobile Cloud Computing MCC which consolidates versatile processing and distributed computing, has turned out to be one of the business trendy expressions and a noteworthy dialog string in the IT world since 2009. As MCC is still at the beginning period of improvement, it is important to get a handle on an exhaustive comprehension of the innovation so as to call attention to the course of future research. With the last point, this paper introduces a survey on the foundation and standard of MCC, attributes, ongoing examination work, and future research patterns. A concise record on the foundation of MCC from portable processing to distributed computing is given and after that pursued an exchange on attributes and ongoing exploration work. It at that point examinations the highlights and framework of versatile distributed computing. The remainder of the paper investigations the difficulties of versatile distributed computing, rundown of some examination ventures identified with this territory, and calls attention to promising future research bearings.

An Autonomous UAV for Pesticide Spraying

The use of pesticides in agriculture is essential to maintain the quality of large scale production. The spraying of these products by using aircraft speeds up the process and prevents compacting of the soil. However, adverse weather conditions e.g. the speed and direction of the wind can impair the effectiveness of the spraying of pesticides in a target crop field. Thus, there is a risk that the pesticide can drift to neighboring crop fields. It is believed that a large amount of all the pesticide used in the world drifts outside of the target crop field and only a small amount is effective in controlling pests.

However, with increased precision in the spraying, it is possible to reduce the amount of pesticide used and improve the quality of agricultural products as well as mitigate the risk of environmental damage. In the past several years, UAV has been extensively used in agriculture. However, the efficiency is still not as high as desired and the phenomenon of pesticide pollution is still existing. This is mainly because of the following two problems 1 the autonomy of most existing UAV system is still very limited. Actually, most of them are still operated through remote controlling. 2 the UAV's operating precision is not high enough due to the low accuracy flight control near the plants. The paper presents combination of new approaches and technologies in modern day agriculture. Perspectives and benefits of usage of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in different spheres of agriculture considered on the base of spraying drone project called “AeroDrone”.

Comparative Study of Cloud Services Offered by Amazon, Microsoft and Google

With the accelerated development in processing and storage technologies and the boom of the Internet, IT Hardware have become inexpensive, more potent and highly available than ever before. This has triggered the commencement of a new computing model called cloud computing, in which IT Resources are catered as general utilities that can be hired and released by users through the Internet in an on demand fashion. According to Gartner Survey Report, The marketplace for public cloud is predicted to reach from ‘$260 billion' in 2017 to around ‘$411 billion in 2020'.

As more and more IT systems are externalized, it is getting more imminent for us to choose the right cloud service provider for long term success. However, the challenge is to choose the best cloud service provider from the vast number of options like AWS, Azure and GCP to the smaller CSP's. As per Market share the Top 3 Global leaders are AWS, Azure and GCP1. In this paper, we will try to make analysis of between the three market leaders in cloud services namely Amazon, Microsoft and Google. We will also compare and contrast what AWS, Azure, and GCP offer in terms of storage, compute, management tools etc.

Electronic Door Lock using RFID and Password Based on Arduino

In this system, the electronic door lock using RFID and password based on Arduino UNO. It uses in doors and cupboards as electronic lock and so on. The security system is important at homes, schools, offices and industries in real life. The purpose of this paper is to develop a smart home security system using RFID and keypad. RFID is ID card reader to read ID card's value and Arduino UNO. If ID card reader is true, Arduino permits to press password on keypad. If password is true, lock style solenoid is unlock.

If password is false, solenoid is lock. The electronic door lock system for home automation is able to interact with security management system for users and smart cards. Smart card is easy to use and accept more secure in real life. And then password is traditional but that is more impressive and more secure for human life. The Arduino microcontroller is used to control the whole system.

Experimental Investigation on Replacement of Cement in Concrete Partially by using Dolamite Powder

Concrete is the most extremely used construction material within the world, which always uses natural resources like lime, aggregates and water. The production of cement in world has increased greatly, due to this cement production emission of CO2 gas has been increased tremendously, ultimately environmental pollution increased to very large extent. This affect to environment has been reduced by cement has been replaced by some supplementary materials like Dolamite Powder or Fly ash or GGBS and so on.

Dolamite. Powder was conducted detailed study and lots of research work has been made on other waste materials and it is found there is a great future scope for research on Dolamite Powder as a replacement to cement, sand or both. Now in our case, cement has been replaced partially with in varying proportions likewise from 0 to 20 and its effect has been analysed on the standard consistency, soundness, setting times of cement and compressive strength of cement mortar mixes. The cubes and cylinders of concrete were casted for variable content of dolomite powder.

Parameter Estimation of Neutral Grounding Reactor for a Single Line to Ground Fault for Transformer

Single line to ground faults are the most prominent faults in the power system. This may damage the generators and transformers in the system ultimately leading to its failure. Introducing a neutral grounding reactor between the neutral and ground in the high voltage system, will reduce the fault current and hence will protect the power system components. . This paper will discuss the advantages, operation, application and selection of the neutral grounding reactor for transformer.

Process Parameter Optimization for Resistance Spot Welding using Response Surface Methdology

Quality of product and process are mainly depends upon their process parameters and their levels selected for design and manufacturing. So, it is important to decide optimal levels of process parameters to get desired output variables. The study focuses on finding out optimal levels of process parameters in Resistance Spot Welding RSW and its effect on tensile strength and nugget diameter. The Response Surface Methodology RSM is employed for multi objective optimization of responses for maximizing tensile strength and minimizing nugget diameter. Response optimizer with desirability function is found for optimum results of response surface methodology. Analysis of variance ANOVA is carried out for analyzing contribution of each process parameter on the performance of RSW.
