Simulation of active scheme Three Phase to Seven Phase Transformation using Special condition Transformer Connection

The object in this paper to boost a 3 to 7 phase AC multiphase transformers to converted into DC power through modeling and simulation. A new technique of pure seven-phase Sine-wave of fixed current/voltage and frequency is obtained now we have also used for R-L load and motor testing purposes. Here complete modeling has been simulated by using MATLAB Software. Multi-winding transformer block was taken from the sim-power system block library and turn ratios set in the dialog box then simulated.

The design and simulation presented in this paper. Seven phase transmission line system can be developed for the generation of bulk power transfer. As per need of the induction motor under a loaded condition is used for the viability of transformation system. In seven phase's, each phases shifted from the order by 51.42-° (360-°/7) and got the Sine-wave current/voltage.

The novel scheme connection was expanded by using the modeling and simulation approach to prove the viability of the implementation and this type of transformer is required in aerospace engineering, railway engineering and automobile engineering applications.

Automatic Image Captions for Lightly Labelled Images

We initiate a new distance metric learning technique recognized as ambiguously supervised structural metric learning to find out discriminative Mahalanobis distance metric that is based on weak supervision data. For improving the performance, two affinity matrices are combined to get a fused affinity matrix which is used for face naming. When specified a collection of images, in which each of the image contains numerous faces and is linked by few names in corresponding caption, the purpose of face naming is to infer acceptable name for each face.

Here we introduce two methods to correspondingly get hold of two discriminative affinity matrices by means of learning from the images of weakly labelled. For initial affinity matrix obtaining, we put forward a new method known as regularized low-rank representation by incorporation of weakly supervised information into low-rank representation with the intention that affinity matrix is obtained from resulting reconstruction coefficient matrix.

Hydro-Pneumatic Suspension with Intelligent Active Suspensioning System

A shock absorber is a mechanical device designed to smooth out or damp a sudden shock impulse and dissipate kinetic energy. Without shock absorbers, the vehicle would have a bouncing ride, as energy is stored in the spring and then released to the vehicle, possibly exceeding the allowed range of suspension movement, Control of excessive suspension movement without shock absorption requires stiffer springs, which would in turn give a harsh ride.

Shock absorbers allow the use of soft springs while controlling the rate of suspension movement in response to bumps. Now the project has mainly concentrated in designing a suitable suspension unit. The limit sensor is fixed to the front wheel. When the front wheel is in bounce, the limit sensor activates the pneumatic compressor automatically with the help of electronic control unit.

Now the compressor starts running, activating the hydro pneumatic suspensor which is fitted in the back wheel. In a vehicle it reduces the effect of suspension travel on uneven terrains. Hydraulic system undergo torque multiplication in an easy way, independent of distance between input and output. Pneumatic system is based on the fact that gas is compressible so equipment is less subjected to shock loads.

Agricultural Motor Control and Monitoring

Every system is automated in order to face new challenges in the present day situation. Automated systems have less manual operations, so that the flexibility, reliabilities are high and accurate. Hence every field prefers automated control systems. For utilization of appliances, the new concept has been thought to manage them remotely by using GSM, which enables the user to control switching ON/OFF of agricultural motor remotely. Just by dialing keypad of remote phone, from where we are calling we can perform ON / OFF operation of the motor.

This system also operates by sending and receiving SMS. The main aim of this project is to turn on and off water pump from anywhere using mobile phone and also automatic control of motor using various sensors. Soil moisture sensor is used to measure the amount of moisture content present in the soil and stop motor pump at particular level, Humidity Sensor is used to monitor whether the level of humidity in environment is high or low, Rain Sensor is used to detect the rain in field and stop the pump if there is rain and the water level is continuously monitor the level and at particular level motor is turned OFF. If we send a message to the system, it will send a reply with the status of all the sensors by using GSM technology.

Artificial Neural Network Based Automated Escalating Tools for Crises Navigation

Autonomous driving technology has made significant advances in recent years. In order to make self-driving cars more practical, they are required to operate safely and reliably even under adverse driving condition. The object detection based on deep learning is an important application in deep learning technology, which is characterized by its strong capability of features learning and feature representation compared with the traditional object detection method.

After analyzing the characteristics of videos shot by the camera, we choose to use deep learning to train a vehicle detection model to detect targets in video. In the end, we use trained data set to control the speed and navigate the vehicle in crises situations. Conversely, not much research is going on of usage such networks for elaborating of real time data. The goal of this work is exploring, experimenting and providing new approaches of classification non-stationery data using neural network.

A Case Study of the Impact of Culture on the Construction Projects in Tamil Nadu

In Tamil Nadu, infrastructure development has increased the growth of the state economy and has generated large amount of job opportunities. Hence those projects involve a large amount of investment to carry out. In view of that, if any sort of impact of culture would lead to waste of resources and delay of construction.

In this connection, this study mainly discusses the critical cultural factors and its assessment techniques through comparative study of construction projects across Tamil Nadu by using questionnaire survey which would reveal the strong correlation between the culture followed in project and the outcome of the project. About 30 relevant articles published over the last 20 years have been reviewed.

The review resulted that a simple assessment technique will be developed for each project task to assess the impact of culture in construction project easily and quickly, which will encourage the practitioners to do the cultural analysis in their project. This study concluded that the earlier cultural identification in the project assessment of the construction will lead to the better estimation of the escalation on time overrun. Such cultural assessments help to successful completion of the project.

Utilization of Waste Glass as Cement Replacement in PPC Concrete

In the Present era, the globalizations due to the rapid growing of construction are insufferable burden on environment and rapid weakening of respective natural resources. All construction activities require more or less natural material like aggregates which cause rapid weakening of the same due to high consumption. On the other hand production of one ton cement is responsible for emission of 0.9 ton CO2.

Glass is a widely used product throughout the world and it is used in many forms in day-to-day life; it is versatile, durable and reliable. Glass has limited life duration and after use it is either stock piled or sent to landfills. Since glass is non-biodegradable, the large amount of glass is disposed of in landfill it's not provide an environment friendly solution. Hence, there is strong need to utilize waste glasses.

In present experimental investigation -waste glass powders have been used as a partial replacement to the concrete ingredient i.e. cement and the mechanical properties like compressive strength and split tensile strength are measured. For checking strength effect of replacement of cement by glass powder, the cement is replaced at 05%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25%.
