In this paper, we evaluation each the present and modern day trends inside the subject of healthcare with the aid of imposing blockchain as a model. In this system, we present a Custom blockchain based approach leveraging smart contracts and decentralized off chain storage for efficient product traceability in the healthcare supply chain. The smart contract guarantees data provenance, eliminates the need for intermediaries and provides a secure, immutable history of transactions to all stakeholders. We present the system architecture and detailed algorithms that govern the working principles of our proposed solution. We perform testing and validation, and present cost and security analysis of the system to evaluate its effectiveness to enhance traceability within pharmaceutical supply chains.

Design and Analysis of a Girder Bridge for Highway Structures Using Sap 2000

Limit States Solution to CSCS Orthotropic Thin Rectangular Plate Carrying Transverse Loads

The analysis of thin rectangular orthotropic plate with two opposite edges clamped and the other two opposite edges simply supported CSCS , carrying transverse loads was investigated in this study. The Ritz total potential energy functional was used. The minimization of the total potential energy functional produces the expression for the coefficient of deflection. The coefficient of deflection was used to obtain equation for the maximum lateral load of an orthotropic thin rectangular plate based on allowable deflection. Also, equation for the maximum lateral load of an orthotropic thin rectangular plate based on allowable stress was developed.Developed stiffness coefficients were substituted in the lateral load equations to obtain the maximum lateral load values for a CSCS plate. Numerical examples using permissible deflection of 10mm and yield strength of 250MPa, plate thickness varying from 5mm to 12.5 mm with 0.5mm intervals were done to determine the maximum lateral loads corresponding to an orthotropic thin rectangular CSCS plate carrying transverse loads when n1 = Ey Ex = 0.7 and n2 = G Ex = 0.41 for aspect ratios b a of 1.0, 1.25 and 1.50.

Design of Transformer less Single Phase Inverter

Solar energy is the top of all renewable energy systems because of its pollution free, adaptable, long life, low maintenance cost and favoured options for sustainable development. Thus, this is used as the source of input for this model. The PV cell converts the solar energy into electrical energy. This energy is in DC form. This DC voltage is raised to the desired level with the help of boost converter dc dc converter .The boost converter is driven with the help of MOSFET. The boosted DC voltage is fed to the PWM inverter which converts the dc input into ac output. And finally, the output is given to the load. The proposed inverter system converts DC power into single phase AC power efficiently without using transformers and batteries. In this, the simulation results of a transformer less single phase inverter which uses a photovoltaic array as the input are shown. An inverter with DC link is designed for conversion of DC input into AC supply. The simulation is carried out with the help of MATLAB simulation software. The harmonic distortion is found to be 2.73 in the FFT analysis.

Mechanical Behaviour of AA 6061-Ca2SiO3 Composite

The advantage of composite materials over non alloy virgin metals has been on the front burner in the engineering materials sphere. To this ends, various reinforcement materials are constantly been mixed with metal matrix to form new composite materials. Ca2SiO3 is a ceramic material which finds application in medicine, heat and noise insulation, acid remediation, cement production etc. since it possesses qualities needed for the formation of composites, and is largely not researched on, this study aimed to characterize the mechanical properties of the AA 6061 Ca2SiO3 composite for different composition of percentage mix, and to establish a model that would predict the UTS for known values of percentage mix and load. Result of the study shows that 6 Ca2SiO3 - 94 AA 6061 and 24 Ca2SiO3 - 76 AA 6061 possessed the highest modulus of elasticity and are stiffer while 2 Ca2SiO3 - 98 AA 6061 mix had the lowest modulus of elasticity, and is more ductile than other composition mix. Also, it was observed that addition of Ca2SiO3 to AA 6061 T4 greatly improves its mechanical properties and96.43 of the variations in stress experienced by various percentage composition of the composite mix can be explained by the developed model.

Analysis of Power Quality Issues and Implementation of UPQC Topologies to Enhance Power System Stability

Due to the depletion of fossil fuels, coal, and oil, traditional electricity generation has a difficult task for utilities. A cheaper and more efficient method of doing this is required. A different source is required to fulfill the consumers power requirements. The alternate source should be sustainable and capable of meeting the consumers requirements. The integration of renewable energy into the grid is a useful way to fulfill demand. Renewable energy integration confronts three major problems frequency variation, power quality concerns, and power system instability. The following problems were of critical importance. An analytic hierarchy approach based expert system is utilized to identify and categorize power quality incidents. Before, it could sense things like sag, swell, transients, harmonics, interrupts, and flickers. An error free event classification system has been suggested. Simplified procedure allows for improved detection and categorization of power quality incidents. an investigation of power quality incidents and their mitigation using unified power quality conditioners UPQC An Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System ANFIS is used to minimize various power quality issues. Integrating renewable energy sources efficiently minimizes the environmental impact. The suggested method provides a solution to voltage unbalances and lowers overall harmonic distortion at the point of common coupling PCC . The addition of an ANFIS controlled DVR is used to reduce voltage irregularities caused by integrating renewable energy sources and faults in the transmission line. An artificial fault was added to power quality events with the goal of making use of renewable energy. To minimize the adverse effects of power quality incidents, the ANFIS controlled DVR proposal is in place. ANFIS controlled DVR is contrasted to a traditional technique of surveillance. Distributed static compensator D STATCOM is used to prevent voltage flickers, and total harmonic distortion, caused by nonlinear loads. D STATCOM is suggested to use three control methods Instantaneous power theory, Synchronous vector PI Control, and Harmonic elimination. Under extreme load circumstances, the D efficacy STATCOMs is evaluated. The suggested expert system and the bespoke power devices will be analyzed and discussed using various control techniques.

Structural designing requires an in depth structural analysis on which the planning is predicted, to compete within the ever competitive market, The use of software can save many man hours and efforts in structural analysis and an effort was made in the present study to achieve this objective. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design the solid deck slab bridge by STAAD Pro and manual method under different loading conditions. And also the analysis results in term of shear, bending moment, axial force and deflection were checked by STAAD Pro which is passes through many different load combinations. The maximum design moments resulting from the combinations of various loading cases.part 1 The study deals with the planning and analysis of Solid Deck Slab using Staad Pro software. In this study solid deck slab having 8.2 m long span and the thickness of slab 0.65 m and the slab is simply supported. The drafting and detailing work was completed using AutoCAD software and thereafter the entire design work was completed using â€Å“Staad Pro v8i ss6.

To Study, Analysis and Implementation of Power Quality Improvement Using DSTATCOM with ANN Back Propagation Algorithm

This project illustrates the execution of a three stage delivery static compensator DSTATCOM by using a back propagation BP control algorithm for its capacities, such as load balancing and zero voltage management of reactive power compensation under non linear loads. We use BP based control algorithm to obtain the critical dynamic weight estimate here. And the BP based control algorithm is often used for estimating the receptive power portions of the load streams necessary for estimating the reference source streams. Regulation of power efficiency devices through neural networks is the new area of study in the field of power engineering. The extraction of the harmonic components defines the output of the balancing instruments. Here we use DSTATCOM and UPFC as balancing instruments. A DSTATCOM model is developed using a computerized signal processor and its implementation is focused on various working conditions. The execution of DSTATCOM is found to be suitable for various kinds of burdens with the proposed control algorithm. The BP based control algorithm is used to derive the fundamental weighted value of the active and reactive power components of the load present. Back propagation algorithm trained by the sample will detect the power quality signal issue in real time. Continuity, differentiability, non decreasing momotomy are the key features of this algorithm. The process of UPFC is close to that of DSTATCOM, although the only difference is that it does not have the device shut down in worse circumstances. The simulation model is developed with ANFIS and its output is studied under different operating conditions. The output of ANFIS is found to be satisfactory with the proposed control algorithm for different types of loads. The suggested method shall be checked by the results of MATLAB Simulink.

Use of Cow Dung Ash in Eco Friendly Concrete

It has been estimated by World Health Organization WHO that about 5 of total CO2 released into the atmosphere is from cement industry. Besides being an natural toxin, the measure of warmth energy needed for creation of concrete is around 1500 °C which requires more energy. Cement concrete produced with ordinary cement are to be replaced by eco friendly concrete. Locally available waste material like rice husk ash, cow dung ash, animal waste ash etc can be a better option for the replacement of cement in concrete up to an extent. This paper presents the possibility of utilizing Cow dung ash CDA as a supplementary cementing material in cement concrete. Trial examinations completed to concentrate on the cow waste debris on the strength of cement. Concrete was to some extent supplanted with four rates 5 , 10 , 15 , and 20 of cow manure debris by weight. The compressive strength and flexural strengths of the concrete specimens were determined at 7, 14 and 28 days respectively. Analysis of Commercial Building with Two Different Materials Considering Framework Gantry Load Using Software

In India general steel structure which we use is FE 345 grade, which is heavy, and rigid to bear machinery load. These structures are comparatively much costlier than RCC structures. For his or her assembling cranks are required to repair at the precise position as manually theyre impossible to lift. These structures have got to bear machinery loads and super load of workers. In our study we are performing analysis of such structure considering material other that General steel hot rolled . In this study we are analysing the same structure with same loading conditions using Cold formed steel structure. In this study we are comparing both the structures for lateral pressure using analysis tool Staad.pro which is advance analysis tool with optimization option for cost effective design. Research work and tried to look at different properties of concrete like compressive quality, split rigidity, and flexural quality.
