Field Controlled Picker Robot

Today, technology is developing at the same rate in line with rapidly increasing human needs. The efforts made to meet these needs make life easier with each passing day and these studies are concentrated on robotic arm studies. The robotic arms work with an external user or by performing predetermined commands. In this study, education health and so on. A field controlled picker robot is designed and applied. Realized picker robot one robot arm and 3 wheels. The robot arm, DC motor, distance sensor, line tracking sensor, L298N motor driver, arduino uno, 3.7V 3A lithium battery are mounted under and above this vehicle chassis. Line sensors allow the robot to start its movement within a certain area without allowing it to move out of the area. When the distance sensors in the front part of the vehicle detects an object within a certain distance, it stops the movement of the motors and starts the robot arm movement which is formed with the help of 4 servos. The robot arm bends to the front at an angle of 150 degrees from the initial state and squeezes the garbage in front of it with the handle. It then turns 180 degrees behind and leaves the object in its chamber. With this picker robot to be realized with this study, garbage collection, cleaning and so on. works can be realized unmanned.

Revised Right Hand Grip Rule for an AC DC Current

Right hand grip rule is perfect for Direct current DC but what about alternative current AC Alternating current AC is an electric current that periodically reverses its direction, so does magnetic field direction changes periodically, in contrast to direct current DC which only flows in a single direction which cannot change sporadically, so does magnetic field direction does not affect. So, rule need to be corrected and separated for both AC and DC current. What do you think

Review of Design and Analysis of Piston

The piston is one of the vital components of IC engine which is subjected to pressure exerted by fuel combustion. Continuous subjection to thermal and structural loads causes failures in piston. The current research reviews various researches conducted to investigate the type and causes of damages developed in piston. The study on effect of piston material, coating material and tribological behavior on piston structural characteristics are presented by various scholars. The researchers have used both experimental and numerical techniques in investigation of piston failures.

Review Paper Study on Steel Transmission Tower

India has a large population residing all over the country and the electricity supply need of this population creates requirement of large transmission and dispersion framework. Likewise, the demeanor of the essential assets for electrical force age viz., coal, hydro potential is very lopsided, consequently again adding to the transmission prerequisites. Transmission line is a coordinated framework comprising of transmitter subsystem, ground wire subsystem and one subsystem for every class of help structure. Mechanical help of transmission line addresses a huge segment of the expense of the line and they assume a significant part in the solid force transmission. They are planned and developed in wide assortment of shapes, types, sizes, setup and materials. The supporting construction types utilized in transmission line by and large can be categorized as one of the three classes cross section, shaft and guyed.

Evaluation of Demolition Waste Aggregates in Paver Blocks for Medium Traffic

In India, total building waste is projected to be between 12 and 14 million tonnes per year, with concrete and brick trash accounting for 7 to 8 million tonnes. Concrete trash is generated in vast quantities during construction, demolition, and renovation. This trash is either disposed of in a landfill or diverted to one. This concrete waste can be recycled in a high quality manner. We offer the notion of sustainable use of concrete waste in concrete that can be utilised to make interlocking paver blocks in this study. After crushing, this concrete waste can be used as a total or half replacement for coarse and fine aggregates in paver blocks in two steps, according to IS.

Analysis of Parabolic Shell by Different Models Using Software SAP 2000

The shell structure consists of a thin reinforced concrete shell without the use of internal columns to create an internal opening., parabolic or spherical cross section. On the other hand, warehouses and playgrounds are conventional concrete frame structures, on the other hand, they can be difficult to design as the exact shape required for the stability of the structure depends on the material used, the dimensions of the enclosure, external or internal loads and other chamfers.. .. Thus, by changing the shell parameter, the performance of the shell will also change. The main goal of this work is to parametrically analyze different designs of cylindrical shells of different lengths in order to analyze two different lengths of taken cylindrical shells, and then change two parameters, first the radius and then the thickness, based on the radii. and the difference in thickness for the same width, length and material of the frame, we will evaluate the behavior of the frame for different models.

Design and Analysis of Pressure Die Casting for Door Handle

Die casting is a metal casting operation that is specified by forcing molten metal under elevated pressure into a mould cavity. The mould cavity is build using two hardened tool steel dies which have been machined into shape and work closely to an injection mould during the process. While casting, a hot or cold chamber machine is used as requirement. While the using of round shaped aluminum door handles it detect that while opening the door whole load is concentrated on two screws which develop in tearing the area where handle is fastened, came in observation that if fastened screw get teared it looks odd . I have redesigned the Door handle maintaining its aesthetic appearance and design to overcome the said identified problem.
