Qualitative Design of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System for a Regenerative Type Heat Exchanger


The growing demand for energy calls for better and efficient systems that can work in tandem to generate the same. Control of multiple systems can prove to be an uphill task if the same needs to be done in a customized manner. In order to ease and secure the control of multiple elements in a system, a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system is employed. These systems facilitate complete supervisory control from remote locations with effective Human Machine Interface supported by state of the art graphics to help the control room operator vary the parameters thereby controlling the output. This paper shall consider qualitative design of such a system for an application that may employ a Regenerative type Heat Exchanger. A literature review shall be put forward to understand the research in the associated areas. Thereafter the design parameters to be considered for two types of Regenerative Heat Exchangers namely Static and Dynamic will be put forward. Certain security aspects specific to this application shall be highlighted towards the end. A conclusion shall be drawn thereafter stating the importance of e mploying these systems for ease of operational control and improved system efficiency so as to contribute towards technological advancement in future.

An Analytical Survey on Data Access Control Mechanism in Cloud using Blockchain

Cloud storage is known for its huge infrastructure, this property of the cloud inevitably invites attackers. However, to overcome this data stored in encrypted form, this security measure is not enough to handle the issue of data privacy. The other threat to the data arises during the process of accessing these data through various forms like by auditors, other users, data owners and some time by cloud owner itself. To handle these issues quite effectively strict access control mechanism is deployed at cloud end. However, this is not enough to make sure the data is safe, as now a days data is accessed in multiple tiers by the users, so the block chain is used to effectively to monitor the data sharing between the owners and users. This paper working towards the analysis of the attacks and handling of these attacks using block chain. As the bit towards this paper also proposed to handle data integrity effectively by the usage of block chain and bilinear pairing mechanism together to provide the best solution for data access control mechanism incloud inevitably.

Use Arduino and the Mblock as the Process Control of Innovation Study Tool: Case Study of freshmen of University


A novel teaching method of sequence control of the automation is proposed in this paper. The Arduino is used to replace the PLC used in the traditional industrial automation. The software of the mBlock is coded by the block instructure. The block diagram liked view can easily cuase the freshmen of the university to accept the conception of sequence logic of the automation. Finally, the experimental result will shows the detailed conception proposed in this paper.

Characterization and Dielectric Study of Mihaliccik Tremolite


The natural tremolite Ca2Mg5Si8O22 OH 2 was obtained from Mihaliccik district of Eskisehir, Turkey 39.8787N 31.3806E . It is a part of the amphibole family of silicate minerals. All the phases were described by X ray diffraction XRD , energy dispersive spectroscopy EDXRF , Raman, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy FTIR . The natural tremolite specimen used in this study includes mostly 54.4 SiO2, 22.82 MgO, 15.04 CaO, and 1.45 Al2O3. The natural tremolite sample used for the present investigation was not pure. The impurity was calcite. The FTIR spectrum and the Raman spectrum were recorded for natural tremolite sample in the range of 4000 and 350 cm 1 and 4000 and 70 cm 1 at room temperature, respectively. The natural tremolite and fired tremolite samples were prepared for this investigation. Dielectric measurements were realized in the 3 kHz ' 1 MHz frequency region and at the room temperature by using HP4192A LF Impedance Analyzer. The dielectric parameters of the samples were obtained the conclusions of the study were explained and given to be used for further investigations in some industrial productions.

GPU is a ubiquitous device which appears in every computing systems such PC, laptop, desktop, and workstation. Graphics Processing Unit: An Introduction

A Comparative Study on Performance of Diesel Engine using Jatropha Biodiesel as Fuel

The idea of waste recycle and energy recovery plays a very important role for the economical growth of nation. The world faces the crisis of regular rise of petroleum prices, energy demand and exhaustion of fossil fuel resources. As a renewable, sustainable and alternative fuel for compression ignition engine, biodiesel instead of diesel has been increasingly became popular. Biodiesel, derived from the transesterification of vegetable oils or animal fats. In this paper we investigate the prospective of Jatropha oil to use as a Bio fuel in the conventional diesel engine. The aim of the present paper is to do a comprehensive review of engine performance and emissions using Jatropha biodiesel from different feedstock and to compare that with the diesel. From this review it is found that the use of Jatropha biodiesel and its blends leads to the substantial reduction in CO and HC emissions accompanying with the imperceptible power loss, the increase in fuel consumption and the slight increase in CO2 and NOx emission on conve
ntional diesel engine without modification. Since Jatropha biodiesel has many similarities to diesel fuel, it can be directly used in diesel engine without any modification.
