Design and Structural Analysis of 3 Axis CNC Milling Machine Table

In the field of Engineering, the solution of many complex problems is great limitless and usually impossible by analytical methods. For high exactness and repeatability, machine tools are used in industrial operation. Normally, several components such as base, knee, saddle, machine table, column and headstock, column are the main parts of the machine tools to get reliable performance. The work piece is held and supported on the machine table. A machine table should be enough rigid and must have good mechanical properties, to obtain a good finished and accurate work piece on a three axis CNC milling machine. A finite element analysis FEA gives a methodical study of failure principle which helps for additional progress of the 3 axis machine tables. In this paper, Static Analysis is performed on machine table to find out stresses generated in table, deformation of the table due to its weight. The finite element analysis is done by making 3D geometry in Solidworks software and analyse by using ANSYS software. The material comparison is shown in table and Grey Cast Iron is more dependable than other materials.

Design and Analysis of Quantization Based Low Bit Rate Encoding System

The objective of this paper is to develop a low bit rate encoding for VQ problems such as real time image coding.. The decision tree is generated by an offline process.. A new systolic architecture to realize the encoder of full search vector quantization VQ for high speed applications is presented here. Over past decades digital video compression technologies have become an integral part. Therefore the purpose is to improve image quality in Remote cardiac pulse measurement using Adaptive filter. It describes the approach to be used for feature extraction from many images.. This paper presents a real time application of compression of the image processing technique which can be efficiently used for the interfacing with any hardware. Therefore we have used Raspberry Pi in compression of image. We have developed an algorithm that is based on the endoscopic images that consist of the differential pulse code modulation. The compressors consist of a low cost YEF colour space converters and variable length predictive algorithm for lossless compression.

Design of State Estimator for a Class of Generalized Chaotic Systems

In this paper, a class of generalized chaotic systems is considered and the state observation problem of such a system is investigated. Based on the time domain approach with differential inequality, a simple state estimator for such generalized chaotic systems is developed to guarantee the global exponential stability of the resulting error system. Besides, the guaranteed exponential decay rate can be correctly estimated. Finally, several numerical simulations are given to show the effectiveness of the obtained result.

Experimental Study on Properties of SMA Mixed with Sisal Fiber and Partially Replaced Aggregate with Scrap Tyre

Stone Matrix Asphalt SMA is a gap graded mixture, have a better stone to stone contact which gives better strength to the mixture. In this examination work total utilized according to the MORTH determination which was taken from an equivalent part. The examples are made with total with various degree, filler concrete and fastener bitumen 60 70 . Strands are utilized as stabilizer and are utilized to diminish the channel down and to expand the quality and dependability of the SMA Blend.

An Experimental Study on Partial Replacement of Coarse Aggregate with Plastic Scrap and Sand with Foundry Sand in Concrete

Concrete is the most widely used construction material in the world it is a mixture of cement, sand, coarse aggregate and water. Storage and safe disposal of industrial byproduct such as Waste foundry sand is major disposable item of metal casting industries and plastic bottle is a huge problem everywhere, reuse of these waste eliminates reduce the problem. Plastic bottles are a major issue of solid waste disposal. Several things which were invented for our convenient life are responsible for polluting environment due to improper waste management technique. One of them is plastic which has to be disposed or recycled properly to maintain the beauty of our nature. Polyethylene Terephthalate PET, PETE or polyester are routinely used for carbonated beverage and water bottles. This is an environmental issue as waste plastic bottles are difficult to biodegrade and involve processes either to recycle or reuse. In the Modern world, the construction industry is searching for cost effective materials for enhancing the strength of concrete structures. In this experiment fine aggregate is replaced 0, 10, 20 and 30 of its weight by foundry sand and course aggregate is replaced 0 and 5 of its weight by Plastic bottles in all concrete mix and there effects are studied.

Internet of Things Challenges and Solutions

The Internet of things IoT is a relatively new concept. It presents numerous benefits to consumers and proves a financial boon for businesses. Pervasive introduction of sensors and devices into currently intimate spaces, such as homes, cars, and wearables, poses some challenges. There are also challenges in deploying IoT by government agencies and private industries. This paper attempts to address these challenges and offers solutions.

Are Accessibility Indices, a Smart Decision Support System Tool for Measuring Access of Mobility Impaired in Public Spaces A Review

Background There is a worldwide need for smart decision support system tools to measure, evaluate and improve the physical accessibility for varied mobility disabled users in outdoor and indoor built environment.

Purpose
1. How the methodology and variables identified in research studies is pertinent for measuring access of mobility impaired in public spaces and development of Accessibility indices

2. How smart technology is integrated with decision support system tools for measuring the accessibility in public spaces and validated through scientific methods Materials and Methods The majority of studies published during 2000 to 2017 were included in the review, spread across location, infrastructure and time space based accessibility measures for mobility impaired in public spaces, for all categories of age groups.

Comparison of studies at building, campus and city level for analyzing and development of smart decision support system. Results The limitation of decision support system tools integrated with technology considers few variables with one or two types of impairments and fails to demonstrate the conflicting provisions between different disability groups. It supports users and urban planners to map, identify the barriers for intervening in infrastructure improvement and facilitation. The tools brought out social exclusion and disparity in accessing the opportunities of able bodied and disabled persons. Conclusions Research leads to policy interventions, development of smart auditing tools at the planning and design stage for implementing accessibility standards for mobility impaired, elderly and other disability groups. Future studies should focus on real time modeling, utilizing volunteered geographic information for preparation of smart decision support tools.
