Enhanced Cloud Security Implementation using Modified ECC Algorithm

Cloud computing is a distributed environment that encompasses thousands of computers that work in parallel to perform a task in lesser time than the traditional computing models. This parallelism enables the low cost virtualization of hardware resources with increased computational performances. Cloud computing provides tremendous opportunity for small and medium scale enterprises to grow their business using IT services with zero deployment cost. Whenever, a task is distributed over web, there encounters a series of potential threats that challenges the security of data such as buffer overflow, session hijacking and black hole attacks. A cloud computing based services also face such kinds of security issues where applications deployed on cloud can face same kind of attacks as that on client server model. Storage as a Service SaaS based applications are vulnerable to virus attacks.Online operating systems are available on cloud to the user for free.Viruses can spread as attachments of email, of part of the software or can stay in Master Boot Record MBR of the operating system available on cloud. Worms residing on one system in cloud can migrate to another system on its own. Trojan horse is software with wrong intentions. Thus the present system needs an effective mechanism to address the problem encountered in cloud computing.

Water Pollution Control for Mandalay KanDawGyi Lake by Natural Treatment System

This paper emphasized on "Water Pollution Control for Mandalay KanDawGyi Lake by Natural Treatment System". KanDawGyi Lake is used for wastewater collection. It is situated in ChanMyaThaZi Township, Mandalay and near the AyeYarWaddy river. Residential, commercial and industrial area are existed surrounding the KanDawGyi Lake. Water from human activities such as cooking, bathing, washing and septic tanks effluent is discharged into drains by gravity flow without treatment. Average six million gallons of wastewater discharged from Mandalay City area flow into KanDawGyi Lake passing through ThinGaZar creek daily. So, lake water has been contaminated by domestic wastewater.

This has resulted detrimental effects on the ecosystem. Water in recreation center should be aesthetically pleasing and essentially free of toxicants and pathogenic organisms. Seven collection points such as entrance, east of north side, south east of north side, south of north side, water fountains, PyiGyiMon barge and exit of KanDawGyi Lake are chosen to collect the wastewater sample. The water quality of KanDawGyi Lake is evaluated by various parameters such as temperature, turbidity, suspended solids, dissolved solids, pH, total alkalinity, total hardness, biochemical oxygen demand, dissolved oxygen, chlorides, total solids and bacteria. According to test results, alkalinity, chlorides, dissolved solids, suspended solids, and total solids are uncertified. Therefore, in this paper wetland design of natural treatment system is used at the entrance of the lake to control the water pollution.

Design and Construction of Movable Bridge using Arduino

This paper is designed to build movable bridge for passable both land and marine transportation and upgrade transportation system for people. In this paper, Arduino Uno, ultrasonic sensor, servo motor, 2channel relay and gear motor are used as mainly devices. Ultrasonic sensor is running by emitting waves until the ship is coming. As soon as the ship is passing, the sensor is sent data to arduino. And then, arduino microcontroller control the traffic light on the land by changing green led to red led. In this condition, the servo motor start to run and gate on the land is closed. After gate is closed, the gear motor start to run and lift the bridge to cross the ship. When the ship is passed, the bridge down to normal state and red led change to green led. When the led is green, the servo motor start to run and gate is open. At this time, the cars can pass safety.

Different Variable and Recent Development in Noval Buccal Drug Delivery System

The buccal region of the oral cavity is an attractive target for administration of the drug of choice, particularly in overcoming deficiencies associated with the latter mode of administration. Problems such as high first pass metabolism and drug degradation in the gastrointestinal environment can be circumvented by administering the drug via the buccal route. Moreover, rapid onset of action can be achieved relative to the oral route and the formulation can be removed if therapy is required to be discontinued. It is also possible to administer drugs to patients who unconscious and less co operative. To prevent accidental swallowing of drugs adhesive mucosal dosage forms were suggested for oral delivery, which included adhesive tablets, adhesive gels, adhesive patches and many other dosage forms with various combinations of polymers, absorption enhancers.

Natural polymers have recently gained importance in pharmaceutical field. Mucoadhesive polymers are used to improve drug delivery by enhancing the dosage form's contact time and residence time with the mucous membranes. Mucoadhesion may be defined as the process where polymers attach to biological substrate or a synthetic or natural macromolecule, to mucus or an epithelial surface. When the biological substrate is attached to a mucosal layer then this phenomenon is known as mucoadhesion. The substrate possessing bioadhesive polymer can help in drug delivery for a prolonged period of time at a specific delivery site. The studies of Mucoadhesive polymers provide a good approach of mucoadhesion and some factors which have the ability to affect the mucoadhesive properties of a polymer. Both natural and synthetic polymers are used for the preparation of mucoadhesive buccal patches. In addition to this, studies have been conducted on the development of controlled or slow release delivery systems for systemic and local therapy of diseases in the oral cavity.

Implementation of Doppler Radar Based Vehicle Speed Detection System

Nowadays, vehicular accidents have been increasing from day to day. Most of them are the cause of over speeding. This thesis describes the Arduino based vehicle speed detection system using Doppler radar. The primary goal of this system is to design of the vehicle speed detector using Doppler radar which is used to reduce the amount of accidents caused by over speeding. In this system, continuous wave CW Doppler radar which is a special case that only provides a velocity output is used as a sensor and the microcontroller is used to calculate the speed of the vehicle. Moreover, the amplifier is used to amplify the voltage level to drive the microcontroller as the sensor output is in micro volts. It is also included LCD display to indicate the speed level. A Doppler radar that can determine the frequency shift that occurs in electromagnetic waves due to the motion of scatters toward or away from the observer through measurement of the phase change that occurs in electromagnetic waves during a series of pulses. The Doppler frequency is negative for objects receding from the radar. The Doppler frequency is positive for objects approaching the radar. This system can be acceptable in real time applications because it is independent of temperature, humidity, noise airflow, dust, light, etc. The results of design are tested and follow through realization. Each of the implementation is evaluated and these evaluations lead to the conclusion that the design is able to achieve high accuracy of the speed. The major components of the design are Doppler radar HB100, Arduino Uno, LCD display and LM324. C programming language is developed in this system. The results of this work can improve the performance of automobile safety system.

Concept of Hybrid Energy Storage Systems in Microgrid

Public awareness of the need to reduce global warming and the significant increase in the prices of conventional energy sources have encouraged many countries to provide new energy policies that promote the renewable energy applications. Such renewable energy sources like wind, solar, hydro based energies, etc. are environment friendly and have potential to be more widely used. Combining these renewable energy sources with back up units to form a hybrid system can provide a more economic, environment friendly and reliable supply of electricity in all load demand conditions compared to single use of such systems. Energy storages Systems ESS present many benefits such as balancing generation and demand, power quality improvement, smoothing the renewable resource's intermittency, and enabling ancillary services like frequency and voltage regulation in microgrid MG operation. Hybrid energy storage systems HESSs characterized by coupling of two or more energy storage technologies are emerged as a solution to achieve the desired performance by combining the appropriate features of different technologies. A single ESS technology cannot fulfill the desired operation due to its limited capability and potency in terms of lifespan, cost, energy and power density, and dynamic response. Hence, different configurations of HESSs considering storage type, interface, control method, and the provided service have been proposed in the literature. This paper comprehensively reviews the state of the art of HESSs system for MG applications and presents a general outlook of developing HESS industry. Important aspects of HESS utilization in MGs including capacity sizing methods, power converter topologies for HESS interface, architecture, controlling, and energy management of HESS in MGs are reviewed and classified. An economic analysis along with design methodology is also included to point out the HESS from investor and distribution systems engineers view. Regarding literature review and available shortcomings, future trends of HESS in MGs are proposed.
