Bridging Academic"“ Industries Skills Gap A Case Study MCA Institutes in Mumbai

Humans are the best version among all the creatures and what make them best is the education. No other creatures could get the education and more humans also seem like same other creatures because the differentiate factor 'education' lost his true meaning in the academic world. As no one follows their own true self. Here we try to lighting a lamp to alight the darker side of student's life during as well as after complication of MCA Master In Computer Application . The purpose of this Paper is to present various principles of good practices in education. It also presents the learning gap between a teacher and the student and techniques to reduce the gap. It also elaborates the various Competency requirements for the Graduate students.

Monitoring and Controlling Device for Smart Greenhouse by using Thinger.io IoT Server

Smart greenhouse system will be convenient way to get the data from greenhouse. IoT will provide all work done and information update and current status of the greenhouse to the person from anywhere and at anytime. Greenhouse production mainly human force and production capacity is low. The greenhouse information which the owner gets is limited and the process is time consuming but real time. Using Iot based on smart greenhouse can quickly obtain to monitor greenhouse environment data such as humidity, temperature and light intensity, real time and accurate. Various sensors sense and collect information to transmit the background processing centre, after analysis can be precise, can be used both manual and automated control system. The results of the system are simulated with the help of Proteus simulation software. And the experimental result evaluation of the implemented control system for greenhouse is based on the environmental factors of orchids, the propose plant grown in smart greenhouse. Orchids are expensive products in plant market. So orchids are chosen to grow in the smart greenhouse.

Tyre Rubber Modified Bitumen for Ashpalt Mixture

Every nation depends upon exports and imports of goods and services. These goods and services are majorly done by the road ways. The idea of utilizing of Crumb rubber and glass fiber to enhance the properties and pavement performance of the selected asphalt mixtures. Crumb rubber and glass fiber with an additive dosage rate of 0.1 of binder content and 0.5 of aggregate content and increasing the stability and workability of bituminous mix. In order to improve the stability i.e. bonding between aggregates and pavement and pavement performance of asphalt mixtures, two varieties of admixtures Crumb rubber and glass fiber were selected and then combined. A series of tests about pavement performance of base asphalt mixtures and asphalt mixtures with admixture of Crumb rubber or glass fiber were conducted. 0, 0.1 , 0.2 , 0.3 , 0.4 and 0.5 Crumb rubber were added into base asphalt mixtures according to quality to evaluate the pavement performance and 0.5 ,1.0 ,1.5 ,2.0 . and were added into base asphalt mixtures. The performance of asphalt mixtures modified with the optimum content of Crumb rubber and glass fiber were tested to evaluate the improvement of stability at high temperature and enhance the materials strength and fatigue characteristics of above mixtures. These results show that the stability and strength and pavement performance of asphalt mixtures improve obviously. The problem of improving the asphalt mixtures performance with a single admixture is solved, in addition to also improving other pavement performance.

Design Selection of CT and PT"™ Effective for Transmission Lines

In this paper focused on design selection of CT and PT effective for substation inwhere must have different protective systems to avoid the failure of power system and to get the safety of employees and consumers. The current transformers and potential transformers perform both metering and protection and step down high voltages and currents to lower values which are safe and suitable for operation of relays and other instruments connected in secondary windings. Their design performance and characteristics are used at 230 33 11 kV substation. And then their principles, effectives, essential factors and ratio error of CT for 230 kV Incoming Line , 230kV Transformer 1 and 33kV Bank 1 , PT for 230kV Incoming Line and 33kV Bank 1 are analyzed and calculation for requirement data.

Simulation of Automatic Water Level Control System by using Programmable Logic Controller

This research focuses on the design and implementation of a PLC based water level control system. In this research, there are three primary objectives the water level indicator circuit design, manual control system of water level control and the PLC based automatic water level control. Float switches cannot be able to use to indicate the multi water level in the desired control system. Therefore, AND gate based digital electronic water sensor is invented and used in this proposed not only manual water level control but also PLC based automatic water level control by dividing in eight steps. Induction motor is used to drive the pump as a one set package. So, induction motor starting method is selected according to the power rating of motor, type of motor and nature of application. Star delta starting method is used to reduce the starting current of induction motor. For PLC based automatic water level control, Siemens S7 1200 PLC is used to control the desire water level. There are 10 inputs and 10 outputs in the proposed automatic water level control. Ladder diagram programming is used for this control.

Shadow Detection and Removal Techniques A Perspective View

Shadow detection and removal from single images of natural scenes is the main problem. Hence, Shadow detection and removal remained a challenging task. Significant research carried out on different shadow detection techniques. Over the last decades several approaches were introduced to deal with shadow detection and removal. Shadows are visual phenomena which happen when an area in the scene is occluded from the primary light source e.g. sun . Shadows are everywhere around us and we are rarely Confused by their presence. This article provides an overview of various methods used for shadow detection and removal using some main components like texture analysis, color information, Gaussian mixture model GMM and deterministic non model based approach. Texture Color This paper is aimed to provide a survey on various algorithms and methods of shadow detection and removal with their comparative study.

Experimental Research on the Strength of Concrete for Local Cement with Various Replacement Materials

The main purpose of this paper is to study the effects of "Various replacement materials for cement in concrete strength. Materials used in this research are abundant in Mandalay, Myanmar. In this paper, the chemical composition and physical properties of AAA cement is analysed. Cement replacement materials used in this research are blast furnace slag powder which is obtained from iron and steel industry from Mandalay Industrial Zone, fly ash, and granite quarry dust which obtained from BaeLin, KyaukSe. The physical properties of cement, blast furnace slag powder, fly ash and granite quarry dust, sand and aggregate are tested according to ASTM standard procedure. The specific gravity test, water absorption test and fineness modulus of fine and coarse aggregates are also carried out. The compressive strength of concrete is tested without and with replacement of cement materials. The dosages of fly ash are 10 , 20 and 30 respectively and Blast furnace slag powder, 10 , 20 , 30 and 40 proportions are used for cement replacement. Different proportions of granite quarry dust 5 , 10 , 15 , 20 and 25 are also considered in this research. The compressive strengths of concrete are tested with cement and with cement replacement materials. The samples are tested for 7, 28, 60 and 91 days compressive strength.
