A Review on Bionic Arm

Bionic Arm is the best revolution idea for amputees across the world. This is as close as we can get to our natural limb. This paper is about the study of the prosthetic arm used for amputees and gives an overview of upper limb evolution based on control technologies. It focused on the mechanical parameters like actuation system and prototyping techniques that are required to meet the design specifications. The drive systems which hold the key for proper functioning are described and their pros and cons are stated.

A review of materials for prosthetic applications and role of 3D printing as a manufacturing method is discussed This would further enable to choose a system based on variables like dexterity, patient's need, a weight of the system and feasibility. Detailed research of robotic limb generation could help us to develop a prosthetic limb that mimics the salient features of the limb.

Evaluation of Porosity in Fusion Welded AA2014 Plates using X Ray Radiography

NDT has evolved as an essential demand in much modern engineering design in aircraft applications. The performance levels and reliability of the NDE is more important to the end use of the object being inspected. Failure is the primary threat to the integrity, safety and performance of aircraft structure. The aero grade material AA 2014 was taken for this project in the form of plate and welded by Tungsten Inert Gas welding TIG . The following NDT methods was done on this material Penetrant testing for to reveal surface defects, Ultrasonic testing to detect the subsurface and internal defects, X Ray Radiography for internal defects.

Apart from conventional methods, remote crack inspection was carried using the Ultrasonic phased array. The results from methods were analysed. The acoustic emission test was conducted for the calibration of equipment for testing of AA 2014 material. Surface defects were detected by penetrant testing and internal defects like inclusions, blow holes, porosity and lack of penetration were detected by both Radiography testing and Ultrasonic tests. Very fine porosity was detected by ultrasonic phased array method, which could not be detected by Radiography testing and Ultrasonic testing.

Analytical Research for Improvement of Solid Waste Management in Jaipur City

Jaipur municipal region had a population of 30.73 lace in 2011 which is projected to grow 81.10 lace 2031 Jaipur as Fastest moving city cleanness in all over India in Swachh Sarvekshan 2018. Ranking of Jaipur is declared in 2018 for cleanness in all over India is 39 and got 43 rank in 2019, therefore, need of the achievement well justified to achieve Zero West City . Ensuring 100 coverage of Primary waste collection activity through Door to Door Collection system. Instill operational discipline monitoring digital solutions. Enhance service standards. Involve citizens in the monitoring process and empower them to do so by digital solution. Improving Jaipurs image to achieve top ranking Swach Survekshan by making public spaces clean and hygienic and use new innovative technologies for processing the waste. Many new projects and regulations such as a new scientific landfill, a composting service, and stricter penalties for littering and dirtying the city are currently underway, which should greatly improve Jaipur's cleanliness. As part of the Central Governments initiative Swatch Bharat Mission , ULBs are exploring options for maximum recovery of resources from wastes like compost, refuse derived fuel RDF , recyclables like paper, plastics, metal, glass etc. by processing the waste. Recovery of Solid Recovered Fuel SRF is being considered as a sustainable disposal route of MSW i.e. recovery of different fractions of the waste in segregated form.

Multi Operational Machining and Controlling with the Help of Electro Magnetic Clutch

The whole concept of multi operational machining and controlling with the help of electro magnetic clutch revolves around the small scale and medium scale production industries. The idea is to reduce the floor space and cost of the machineries as well as power consumption also has to be reduce for better controlling of the machine parts the electro magnetic clutch is also provided. The proposed model is capable of sawing cutting ,drilling and grinding with the help of dc motor. In this model all the operations can be done individually as well as simultaneously. In future scope individual speed controller can also be provided with the help of programmable motherboards.

Audio Transmission using Li Fi Technology

In Wireless communication, Wi Fi is the most versatile and effective technology which compact with radio frequencies for data transmission. But because of multiple accesses Wi Fi is facing many challenges namely capacity, availability, efficiency and security. The Wi Fi emits radio waves which are very harmful for the patients and the radio waves interpret the medical instruments. This paper focuses on developing a light fidelity Li Fi based system and analyzing its performance. This protocol can be adapted where radio waves are restricted, such as airplanes hospitals, and in some research facilities. Li Fi is a novel technology for high density wireless data transfer relieving no radio interferences in confined areas so it can be used in biosensors to measure various health parameters. This technology envisions a future where data for laptops, smart phones, and tablets will be transmitted in an economic and eco friendly medium of light in room.

Reduction of Interference

A remote correspondence framework can involve at least two antennas that meddle with each other through free space coupling, surface wave crosstalk, dielectric spillage, or other interference impact. The interference impact can deliver an obstruction motion on one of the reception apparatus. A crossing out gadget can stifle antenna obstruction by producing a gauge of the interference flag and subtracting the gauge from the interference flag. The retraction gadget can produce the gauge dependent on examining signals on a reception apparatus that creates the obstruction or on a receiving wire that gets the impedance. The wiping out gadget can include a model of the crosstalk impact. Transmitting test motions on the communication framework can characterize or refine the model.

Experimental Study on High Strength Concrete using Industrial Wastes

Generally the river sand is used as a fine aggregate on concrete and is obtained by mining the sand from river bed. Increased sand mining not only affects the aquifer of the river bed but also causes environmental problems. In recent days demand for river sand is increasing due to its lesser availability. Therefore the practice of replacing river sand with Metakaolin is taking a tremendous growth. It is inferred from the literature that replacement of Metakaolin upto 40 gives tremendous increase in the strength of the concrete above which the strength starts to decrease.

Various literatures show that replacing with green sand 30 to 40 replacement seems to be effective. In both the cases the workability decreases with the increase in its quantity. Also Bottom ash and Metakaolin replacement results in the decrease of workability and it leads to uneconomic in the project. This paper presents the replacement of fine aggregate up to 40 . The river sand is replaced by Green sand, and Marble powder.

The replacement levels of Green sand and marble powder varies from 5 , 10 , 15 and 20 . From the mix design, the w c ratio is taken to be 0.40. The specimens are to be casted, cured for the respective mix proportions and various strength characteristics of the concrete at 28 days are to be performed. The suitability of the replacement materials as fine aggregate for concrete has been assessed by comparing its strength.
