Audio Transmission using Li Fi Technology

In Wireless communication, Wi Fi is the most versatile and effective technology which compact with radio frequencies for data transmission. But because of multiple accesses Wi Fi is facing many challenges namely capacity, availability, efficiency and security. The Wi Fi emits radio waves which are very harmful for the patients and the radio waves interpret the medical instruments. This paper focuses on developing a light fidelity Li Fi based system and analyzing its performance. This protocol can be adapted where radio waves are restricted, such as airplanes hospitals, and in some research facilities. Li Fi is a novel technology for high density wireless data transfer relieving no radio interferences in confined areas so it can be used in biosensors to measure various health parameters. This technology envisions a future where data for laptops, smart phones, and tablets will be transmitted in an economic and eco friendly medium of light in room.

Reduction of Interference

A remote correspondence framework can involve at least two antennas that meddle with each other through free space coupling, surface wave crosstalk, dielectric spillage, or other interference impact. The interference impact can deliver an obstruction motion on one of the reception apparatus. A crossing out gadget can stifle antenna obstruction by producing a gauge of the interference flag and subtracting the gauge from the interference flag. The retraction gadget can produce the gauge dependent on examining signals on a reception apparatus that creates the obstruction or on a receiving wire that gets the impedance. The wiping out gadget can include a model of the crosstalk impact. Transmitting test motions on the communication framework can characterize or refine the model.

Experimental Study on High Strength Concrete using Industrial Wastes

Generally the river sand is used as a fine aggregate on concrete and is obtained by mining the sand from river bed. Increased sand mining not only affects the aquifer of the river bed but also causes environmental problems. In recent days demand for river sand is increasing due to its lesser availability. Therefore the practice of replacing river sand with Metakaolin is taking a tremendous growth. It is inferred from the literature that replacement of Metakaolin upto 40 gives tremendous increase in the strength of the concrete above which the strength starts to decrease.

Various literatures show that replacing with green sand 30 to 40 replacement seems to be effective. In both the cases the workability decreases with the increase in its quantity. Also Bottom ash and Metakaolin replacement results in the decrease of workability and it leads to uneconomic in the project. This paper presents the replacement of fine aggregate up to 40 . The river sand is replaced by Green sand, and Marble powder.

The replacement levels of Green sand and marble powder varies from 5 , 10 , 15 and 20 . From the mix design, the w c ratio is taken to be 0.40. The specimens are to be casted, cured for the respective mix proportions and various strength characteristics of the concrete at 28 days are to be performed. The suitability of the replacement materials as fine aggregate for concrete has been assessed by comparing its strength.

Portable Centre Pivot Irrigation System with Advanced Control through Sensors A Review

Being hailed as the best mechanical development in farming since the substitution of draft creatures by the tractor, focus rotate water system frameworks inundate crops with a noteworthy decrease in both work and water needs contrasted with conventional water system techniques, for example, flood water system. Over the most recent couple of decades, the sending of focus rotate water system frameworks has expanded significantly all through the United States. Sensors, Relay Module, Microcontrollers have been used to meet the creating eagerness for site express water framework using center turn and parallel move water framework structures. Sensors are used to control the activity of the irrigation and portable makes it more easy to carry and easy to handle in any field.

Study of Energy Efficient Images with Just Noticeable Difference Threshold Based on Feature Transform

A novel method is presented for producing energy efficient images, i.e., images that consume less electrical energy on energy adaptive displays, yet have the same, or very similar perceptual quality to their original images. The proposed method relies on the fact the energy consumption of pixels in modern energy adaptive displays like OLED displays are directly proportional to the luminance of the pixels. Hence, in this work to reduce the energy consumption of an image while at the same time preserving its perceptual quality, it is proposed to reduce the luminance of the pixels in the image by one just noticeable difference JND threshold.

To determine the JND thresholds, a Feature Transform based just Noticeable Difference Threshold FTJNDT model is developed. In the proposed model, the JND thresholds of each block in the given image are elevated by two non linear saliency modulation functions using the visual saliency of the block. The parameters of the saliency modulation functions and obtain feature value are estimated through an adaptive optimization framework, which utilizes a state of the art saliency based objective image quality assessment IQA method.

To evaluate the proposed methods, a set of subjective experiments were conducted, and the real energy consumption of the produced energy efficient images were measured by accurate power monitor equipment on an OLED display. The obtained experimental results demonstrated that, on average, the proposed method is able to reduce the energy consumption by about 4.31 while preserving the perceptual quality of the displayed images.

Performance and Analysis of Weld Joint by using Two Dissimilar Electrodes E6010 and E7018

In this project we discussed the characteristics and performance of electrodes on the MS metal in arc welding method. In this two different electrodes E6010 and E7018 welding parameters investigated. After that the dye penetration test conducted for knowing the defects due to electrodes and welding ,again the welded specimens were cut and machined to standard configurations for tensile test. The results showed that selecting different welding electrodes had a remarkable effect on the mechanical properties such as the ultimate tensile strength, hardness, elongation percentage, and yield strength of the welded specimens. The increment in the electrical current for each electrode in the welding processes led to increase in yield strength and tensile strength. The initial increase in tensile strength and yield strengths were observed. This behaviour was attributed to the fact that different welding electrodes and increased the required electrical current to melting for the welding electrode, increased the electrical current led to increased heat input on heat affected zone HAZ , then the observed change mechanical properties which could create area for defect. The welding processes and tensile test at a room temperature was performed.

Study for Comparison on Design of Steel Frame using Rolled, Fabricated and PEB Sections

Recently, the introduction of Pre Engineered Building PEB design of structures has been as an optimised alternative for the construction of steel sheds. The adoption of PEB design concept instead of use of traditional rolled section resulted in many advantages as the sections are designed as per bending moment diagram thereby reducing the material requirement.

This methodology is versatile not only due to its quality of predesigning and prefabrication, but also due to its light weight and economical construction. This concept has many advantages over the conventional method involving buildings with roof trusses. In this paper, a study has been made for the industrial structure which are analysed and designed according to the Indian standards.

Various configurations for PEB and Conventional sections are considered for analysis using rolled, fabricated, cold formed sections and parametric study is carried out to assess the cost effectiveness. Comparison is made in terms of weight and cost of steel material required.
