An Experimental Study on Properties of Concrete using RHA and RFA as a Partial Replacement of Fine Aggregate and Fly Ash as a Cement

Concrete is the most widely used construction material in the world it is a mixture of cement, sand, coarse aggregate and water. Storage and safe disposal of industrial byproduct such as fly ash and RHA and RFA is a huge problem everywhere, reuse of these waste eliminates reduce the problem. In this experiment fine aggregate is replaced 0 , 6 6 and 12 12 , of its weight by RFA RHA and cement is replaced 0 , 10 , 15 and 20 of its weight by fly ash in all concrete mix and there effects are studied. In this experiment the compressive strength of the concrete is increased , It is found that the maximum strength increases with the replacement of cement and fine aggregate by fly ash at about 10 and 6 RHA and 6 RFA, after that compressive strength is decreases.

Investigations on Properties of Concrete using Steel Fiber Reinforced as Partial Replacement of Coarse Aggregate

Scope of using alternate materials as partial replacement of Coarse Aggregate is being searched for Concrete without sacrificing strength or increasing strength from economical and other aspects like using industrial waste for its efficient use. Investigations were done on M 25grade concrete by replacing coarse aggregate partially by steel fiber to get maximum strength. This Study presents the satisfactory results on various strength tests of concrete containing steel fiber as a partial replacement of coarse aggregate and would help to resolve solid waste disposal problem. However, further research work is still necessary in order to have a more in depth understanding.

Review Paper on Properties of Properties of Concrete using Steel Fiber Waste

The plain cement concrete has very low tensile strength, restricted pliability, and little protection from breaking. Inward miniaturized scale breaks are innately present in the concrete and its poor rigidity is because of the proliferation of such small cracks, in the long run prompting fragile disappointment of the concrete. The most generally acknowledged solution for this flexural shortcoming of cement is the regular fortification with high quality steel. Regardless of the way that these procedures offer flexibility to people, they however dont grow the trademark unbending nature of solid itself.

In like manner the help putting and profitable compaction of RCC is amazingly troublesome if the solid is of low workability especially by virtue of overpowering solid M 25 . In plain concrete and near feeble materials, assistant parts scaled down scale breaks become even before stacking, particularly on account of drying shrinkage or distinctive purposes behind volume change. The width of these breaks on occasion outperforms a few microns, yet their two estimations may be of higher enormity.

Whenever stacked, the miniaturized scale airs out proliferate and up, and attributable to the impacts of pressure fixation, extra breaks frame in spots of minor deformities. The auxiliary splits continue gradually. The advancement of such miniaturized micro crack is the primary driver of inelastic twisting in concrete. It has been perceived that the expansion of little, firmly divided and consistently scattered strands to cement would go about as break arrester and would considerably enhance its static and dynamic properties. This sort of cement is known as fibre reinforces concrete.

IOT Based Weather Monitoring and Reporting System Project

The IOT based Weather Monitoring and Reporting System project is used to get Live reporting of weather conditions. It will Monitor temperature, humidity, moisture and rain level. Suppose Scientists nature analysts want to monitor changes in a particular environment like volcano or a rain forest. And these people are from different places in the world. In this case, SMS based weather monitoring system has some limitations. Since it sends SMS to few numbers. And time for sending SMS increases as the number of mobile numbers increases. In order to know the information about weather of a perticular place then they have to visit that particular sites. Where everyone can see it.

Wireless SCADA

The assembling businesses requires expanding requests of individuals along these lines assuming a noteworthy job in regular day to day existence and on the contrary hand, there is a requirement for speedy and safe delivering technique also. In the present time, remote and brought together administration is the need of control framework. Vast scale businesses with higher monitory wellbeing can without much of a stretch make utilization of SCADA Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition gadgets accessible in the market.

SCADA is that the word structure for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition , it is generally utilized in industry for oversee, control, screen and information procurement of mechanical procedures. Customary SCADA frameworks use PC, note pad for oversee and control framework. Remote SCADA utilizing a Java empowered cell phone as a customer in an example SCADA application so a to appear and regulate the different procedures of industry.

A real execution of the on line controlling of the procedures by means of cell phone or transportable gadget. The remote correspondence between the cell phone and the SCADA server can performed by Global framework for portable GSM , Bluetooth, Zigbee or Internet and so forth. Cell phone based SCADA coordination utilizing the remote exchange plan will improve the execution of the business without causing an expansion in the reaction times of SCADA capacities. The administrator can imagine and alter the plant parameters utilizing his portable, while not achieving the area. This may build the efficiency and decrease the upkeep cost of industry.

Enhancing the Cash Point using Multimode Biometric System

Frauds attacking the automated teller machine have increased over the decade which has motivated us to use the biometrics for personal identification to procure high level of security and accuracy This paper describes a system that replaces the ATM cards and PINs by the physiological biometric face and iris authentication. In this system during enrolment the genuine users face and iris samples of are retained in the database. The process of transaction begins by getting and matching face and iris patterns. The system will automatically distinguish between real legitimate trait and fake samples.

If a fake biometric is recognized a GSM module connected to the controller will message OTP by the system to the registered mobile number. After the valid OTP is entered the user can either withdraw or deposit cash or check his her balance. We have included another biometric called Palm Vien. By using Palm Vein we can access the ATM.

Magnetic Abrasive Flow Machine Based Super Surface Finishing

Today, there is a need of compact and efficient design of any product with good strength has increased. This requires hard materials like carbide and ceramics for achieving better service life. Conventional machining processes when applied to these newer materials are uneconomical, Produce poor degree of surface finish and accuracy, Produce some stress, highly insufficient. It is impossible to achieve good and desired surface finish in compact, complex, intricate shapes, profiles, curved splines etc, where conventional machine tool faces difficulties during machining and consumes much time.

It experience same problem with micro nano finishing like small size diameters use in fuel injector etc. Abrasive flow machining AFM is relatively new process among non conventional machining processes. Low material removal rate happens to be one serious limitation of almost all processes. Magneto abrasive flow machining is a new development in AFM.
