An Approach for Sentiment Analysis using Neural Network

Sentiment analysis has a wide range of applications specially to know product reviews, movie reviews, and political sentiment. With the growth of social media as important medium for people to express their opinion, Sentiment analysis along with usage of cell phones has also become important to find out popularity of an issue or product, specifically, to know future about events/issues of society. In current study, we present a way to predict future events of society were by performing sentiment analysis on un-structured knowledge available to us.

For this research we take assistance from the Machine Learning algorithmic rules and neural networks. The paper explains how results of sentiment analysis can be derived for every unknown issue (which may or about to occur in near future) of society using existing unstructured knowledge that already exists on various social media platforms for the user. The part of un-structured knowledge is text of people from online blogs, tweets, reviews, Facebook posts and comments.

NewSociRank: Recognizing and Ranking Frequent News Topics Using Social Media Factors

Mass media sources such as news media used to inform us of daily events before. Now a day, unlike news media, social media services like Twitter provide a huge amount of user-generated data, which contain informative news-related content. For these resources to be useful, we need to find a way to filter the noise and capture only the content based on its similarity to the news media. However, even after noise is removed, information overload may still exist in the remaining data-hence, it is convenient to prioritize it for consumption.

To achieve prioritization, the information must be ranked in order of estimated importance considering three factors. First, the media focus(MF) of a topic, the temporal prevalence of a particular topic in the news media. Second, user attention (UA), the temporal prevalence of the topic in social media.

Last, the interaction between the social media users who mention this topic indicates the strength of the community discussing it, and can be regarded as the user interaction (UI) toward the topic. We propose an unsupervised framework'”NewSociRank'”which recognizes the news topics prevalent(common) in both social media and the news media, and then ranks them by relevance(popularity) using their degrees of MF, UA, and UI.

A Frame Study on Sentiment Analysis of Hindi Language Using Machine Learning

Because of increment in measure of Hindi substance on the web in past years, there are more prerequisites to perform feeling examination for Hindi Language. Conclusion Analysis (SA) is an undertaking which discovers introduction of one's feeling in a snippet of data as for an element. It manages examining feelings, sentiments, and the state of mind of a speaker or an author from a given snippet of data. Estimation Analysis includes catching of client's conduct, different preferences of a person from the content.

In this research study HindiSentiWordNet (HSWN) to find the overall sentiment associated with the document; polarity of words in the review are extracted from HSWN and then final aggregated polarity is calculated which can sum as either positive, negative or neutral. Synset replacement algorithm is used to find polarity of those words which don't have polarity associated with it in HSWN.

Negation and discourse relations which are mostly present in Hindi movie review are also handled to improve the performance of the system. For this genre we present three different approaches for performing sentiment classification such as- 1. Using Subjective Lexicon 2. N-Gram Method 3. Weighed N-Gram

Implementation of Rotation and Vectoring-Mode Reconfigurable CORDIC

CORDIC or CO-ordinate Rotation Digital Computer is a fast, simple, efficient and powerful algorithm used for diverse Digital Signal Processing applications. Primarily developed for real-time airborne computations, it uses a unique computing technique which is especially suitable for solving the trigonometric relationships involved in plane co-ordinate rotation and conversion from rectangular to polar form.

It comprises a special serial arithmetic unit having three shift registers, three adders/subtractors, Look-Up table and special interconnections. In this project A CORDIC-based processor for sine/cosine calculation was designed using VHDL programming in Xilinx ISE 13.2. The CORDIC module was tested for its functionality and correctness by test-bench analysis. Subsequently, FPGA implementation of the CORDIC core followed by Chip Scope Pro analysis of the output logic waveforms was performed.

Critical Analysis of Power Factor Improvement of Single Phase AC/DC Converter by Passive/Active Filters

This paper provides a concise review of the most interesting passive and active filters of power factor correction, for single phase and low power applications. The increasing growth in the use of electronic equipment in recent years has resulted in a greater need to ensure that the line current harmonic content of any equipment connected to the ac mains is limited to meet regulatory standards.

This requirement is usually satisfied by incorporating some form of Power Factor Correction (PFC) circuits to shape the input phase currents, so that they are sinusoidal in nature and are in phase with the input phase voltages. There are multiple solutions in which line current is sinusoidal. The major advantages and disadvantages are highlighted.

Performance and Emissions Analysis of VCR Engine Using Waste Mustard Cooking Oil

Biodiesel is an alternative to conventional petro diesel fuel. It can be produced by vegetable oils and animal fats. In addition, it can also be produced by waste cooking oils. The main limitation of biodiesel production is that it can cause food shortage and can lead to heavy use of fertilizers and water which deplete the natural resources, soil and water. Using waste cooking oil as a raw material for biodiesel would overcome these limitations and would also avoid the problem of disposal of these waste oils. In this study, transesterification process is performed on waste cooking oil (mustard oil), to produce biodiesel as a product.

Following this, biodiesel is blended with normal diesel fuel to produce blends having biodiesel concentration of 6%, 12% and 18%, hereby referred as B6, B12 and B18. These blends are tested on performance and emissions parameters at different loads on a VCR diesel engine. B12 gave the best suitable outcomes on brake thermal efficiency, specific fuel consumption and mechanical efficiency while B18 gave better volumetric efficiency. NOx, unburnt hydrocarbons, CO and CO2 emissions were the most optimal in case of B12.

Properties of Concrete with Acid

The main aim of this project is to see change in concrete by hydrochloric acid attack. It is well known that the concrete under acidic environment is deteriorated due to a chemical attack. For example, acid rain cause concrete unexpectedly short service life due to the damages for concrete cover. This paper presents the effect of Hydrochloric acid (HCl) on Blended Cement (Fly ash based (BC)) and Silica Fume Blended Cement(SFBC) and their concretes.

The BC and SFBC and their concretes BCC and SFBCC produced with HCl dosage of 100, 150,300, 500 and 900 mg/l added in deionized water. In addition to this control specimens were prepared with deionized water (without HCl) for comparison. The setting times and compressive strength were evaluated for 28 and 90 days apart from studying Rapid chloride ion permeability. The results show that, as HCl concentration increases, there is retardation in initial and final setting of cements (BC and SFBC).

The compressive strength of both BCC and SFBCC has come down with an increase in the concentration of HCl at both 28 and 90 days. Compressive strengths of BCC and SFBCC have decreased in the range of 2 to 19%, at 28 and 90 day age respectively, with an increase in HCl concentration, when compared with the control specimens. It was also observed that Chloride ion permeability has increased with an increase in the concentration of the acid. Though after this experiment we are considered that the effects of hydrochloric acid on concrete leads to slow n steady of concrete which make them weak and later on it demolishes completely.
