Experimental Investigations on by using Quarry Dust Durability Properties of Concrete

For a long time concrete was considered to be very durable material requiring. We build concrete Structures in highly polluted urban and industrial areas. Aggressive marine environments harmful Sub-soil water in area and many other hostile conditions where other materials of construction are found is non-durable. Leaving waste materials into environment directly can cause environmental problems.

Quarry dust a waste from the quarry processing units accounts 30% of the final product from Quarry industry Therefore this waste can be used to produce new product or can be used as admixtures. So That the natural resources are use deficiently and hence environmental waste can be reduced. Here quarry dust is used for partial replacement of cement in concrete for study of physical and mechanical Properties of concrete.

The present project deals with the study of durably conditions of concrete made with partial replacement of cement with quarry dust proportions of 0%, 10%, 20% and 30% by weight of cement. Immersion test of sulphuric acid and hydrochloric acid are conducted at 5% by volume of water.

Modeling of Biodiesel Fuelled Direct Injection CI Engine using CFD

In present years, biodiesel is used as a fuel in internal combustion engine. This study deals with the combustion modeling of CI engine fuelled with Karanja oil as biodiesel. Combustion characteristics like heat release rate, cylinder pressure and rate of pressure rise have been analyzed. CFD code Fluent is used to model complex combustion phenomenon in compression ignition engine. The sub-model like k-e model, Taylor Analogy breakup model and droplet collision model are used. For modeling of in-cylinder combustion, finite rate chemistry and species transport models are used with simplified chemistry reactions. The modeling results were compared with the experimental results. The simulated combustion results are found satisfactory with the experimental results. The major objective of this paper is to study how combustion phenomenon occurred in engine cylinder with the help of CFD and also to understand the effect of biodiesel on CI engine combustion.

Power Quality Improvement in Off-Grid Renewable Energy Based Power System using Different Method

The increasing trend in integrating intermittent renewable energy sources into off-grid power system presents major challenges from the viewpoints of reliable operation and control. In this paper, the major problems and challenges in off-grid power system control are discussed, and a review of control strategies and trends is presented. A general overview of the main control is also included. The paper classifies power quality improvement strategies into three levels: primary, secondary, and tertiary, where primary and secondary levels are associated with the operation of the off-grid power system itself, and tertiary level pertains to the coordinated operation of the power system. Each control level is discussed in detail in view of the relevant existing technical literature

An Adaptive Model to Classify Plant Diseases Detection using KNN

Fungi and bacteria can interact synergistically to stimulate plant growth through a range of mechanisms that include improved nutrient acquisition and inhibition of fungal plant pathogens. These interactions may be of crucial importance within sustainable, low-input agricultural cropping systems that rely on biological processes rather than agrochemicals to maintain soil fertility and plant health. Although there are many studies concerning interactions between fungi and bacteria, the underlying mechanisms behind these associations are in general not very well understood, and their functional properties still require further experimental confirmation.

This proposal is about automatic detection of Fungi diseases and diseased part present in the leaf images of plants and even in the agriculture Crop production. It is done with advancement of computer technology which helps in farming to increase the production. Mainly there is problem of detection accuracy and in neural network approach support vector machine (SVM) is already exist. In this research proposal, we have discussed the various advantages and disadvantage of the plant Fungi diseases prediction techniques and proposed a novel approach (KNN) for the detection algorithm, a framework of our proposed work is given in this proposal and methodology is included.

An Efficient OCR System based on the Regional Feature using the ASVM as Classifier

In Image Processing, sometimes due to poor handwriting, the writer left some gap between diacritics and character or between diacritics and header line due to which small text blocks gets created which leads to improper text line segmentation and hence leads to wrong results and overlapping. As a result accuracy of the algorithm degrades. In proposed work Adaptive SVM will be used to improve accuracy of the system.

Privacy Preserving Approaches for High Dimensional Data

This paper proposes a model for hiding sensitive association rules for Privacy preserving in high dimensional data. Privacy preservation is a big challenge in data mining. The protection of sensitive information becomes a critical issue when releasing data to outside parties. Association rule mining could be very useful in such situations. It could be used to identify all the possible ways by which '˜non-confidential' data can reveal '˜confidential' data, which is commonly known as '˜inference problem'. This issue is solved using Association Rule Hiding (ARH) techniques in Privacy Preserving Data Mining (PPDM).

Association rule hiding aims to conceal these association rules so that no sensitive information can be mined from the database.
