Fuzzy Based Decision Making System for the Detection of Diabetic Retinopathy

Diabetic Retinopathy is disease of eye that causes injury to the retina and it may ultimately lead to absolute loss of sight. Tests which detect the diabetic retinopathy like visual acuity examination, pupil dilation, and Optical Coherence Tomography OCT are time intense and affects patients too. Fuzzy inference based model allows intelligent system to examine the patient and then infers a conclusion. The proposed fuzzy expert model deploys 9 Input Parameters Intra ocular pressure, visual field, glucose level in blood, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, hemoglobin, Glycated sugar, blood pressure and Triglyceride . In this model, expert system recognizes the normal eye, diabetic retinopathy Severe , diabetic retinopathy moderate and diabetic retinopathy Mild on the behalf of these 9 Parameters. This technique has efficient low computational cost and has comparative outcomes to those of the ophthalmologist having 88 accuracy.

A CFD Study on Plate Heat Exchanger using Nanofluid with Different Corrugated Channels Configurations under Forced Convection Flow

Notwithstanding the fact that various empirical experiments have been performed on heat transfer and pressure drop in the corrugated surface as a result of parametric variance of the individual surface pattern. Nonetheless, there are very unusual records of heat transfer properties and pressure rises across corrugated channels with various surface patterns. The purpose of this work is therefore to include a comparative analysis with various surface patterns such that researchers can establish an optimization tool to pick an effective solution. For this research, the thermal and hydraulic properties of the corrugated fluid channels proposed to be semi circular and triangular Plate heat exchangers PHE was studied through computational fluid dynamics CFD simulations utilizing popular CFD software ANSYS CFX 17.0. The goal of this analysis was to numerically model and validate the semi circular corrugated channel with dimensions parameters taken from available literature, and then to model analyze the triangular corrugated channel related to the triangular model. In fact, in order to promote trust in this model, a distinction was made between the expected values and the findings of the literature for exactly the same event. An entire fluid channel is simulated using nanoparticles volume fractions of Al2O3 and Reynolds number ranging from 0 to 6 and 10,000–30,000. The results showed that compared to semi circular model at Re 10000 with volume fraction 6 of Al2O3 in water, the Nusselt number for triangular model increases 6.23 referred to semi circular model. With progression with volume fraction, Nusselt number increases. For triangular channel with Re=10000, at 0 volume fraction Nu=129.16 while at 6 volume fraction Nu=159.35.

The Finite Element Analysis of G 6 Steel Frame with and without Bracing Elements Performed using Staad

Nowadays the objectives of civil engineering is to design a building’s lateral resistance to wind and earthquake forces are to provide a system of shear walls, diaphragms, and interconnections to transfer lateral loads and overturning forces to the foundation, to prevent building collapse in extreme wind and seismic events and to provide adequate stiffness to the structure for service loads experienced in moderate wind and seismic events. In modern life styles people requirements also modern and different to fulfill and also scarcity of land to construct preferring high raised building with proper facilities. The high raised multi storey buildings having height is more than 30 meters. These using for different purposes like residential, educational institutes, commercial, healthcare and storage power generation etc. from the past few years the many structures are damaged and collapsed by earthquake, it shows that need of seismic adequacy for the existing building structures. The behavior of high rise structural systems is dominated by lateral forces induced due to wind and earthquake actions. Hence the structural system consists of elements introduced mainly to resist lateral forces. In such cases stiffness rather than strength dominates the design of tall buildings. The steel braced frame is one of the structural systems used to resist lateral loads in multi storied buildings. Bracings ar usually provided to increases stability and stiffness of the structure under lateral loading. This also reduces lateral displacement significantly.

Art of Managing Business Ethics with Global Perspective

The present study addresses the influence of business ethics at global perspective and its management system. The study highlights on why society, business and ethics are intertwined with each other. This is a broad view which will be influencing how business is extensive with its involvement. Business is something which cannot be isolating itself as an entity from that of the society in it. The entire social environment needs to be taken into consideration by the business when they come up with ideas of manufacturing. This is also the main reason why ethics need to be in place for it.

Mechanical Engineering The King of Engineering

Mechanical engineering is the discipline that applies engineering physics, engineering mathematics, and materials science principles to design, analyze, manufacture, and maintain mechanical systems. It is one of the oldest and broadest of the engineering disciplines. The mechanical engineering field requires an understanding of core areas including mechanics, dynamics, thermodynamics, materials science, structural analysis, and electricity. In addition to these core principles, mechanical engineers use tools such as computer aided design CAD , computer aided manufacturing CAM , and product life cycle management to design and analyze manufacturing plants, industrial equipment and machinery, heating and cooling systems, transport systems, aircraft, watercraft, robotics, medical devices, weapons, and others. It is the branch of engineering that involves the design, production, and operation of machinery.

Green and Clean Energy

Energy is the property of objects which can be converted into different forms or can be transferred to other objects but cannot be created or destroyed. Green energy is the energy that is produced in such a way as to minimize its negative impact on the environment. It is a renewable source of energy. Sources of green energy such as solar, wind, geothermal and hydro energy are developed and promoted as alternative source that make little or no contribution to climate change. In this paper the author seeks to explore how green energy is useful for the future aspect of the world. And current application of this emerging technology, like generating electricity for various purposes, heating and cooling of water and more.
