Design and Manufacturing of Vertical Axis Wind Turbine for Power Generation

Vertical axis wind turbine uses a radically new approach to capturing wind energy. The device captures the energy of wind and converts it into mechanical form. As the wind bypasses over a turbine blades, the energy will be transferred to the alternator which will exert the force in the down ward direction. These forces are transferred by the belt and pulley arrangement to the battery. The alternator connected is convert wind energy to mechanical energy. Naturally, the design of such device is completely different from a traditional turbine. in horizontal axis wind turbine we use blades, generator and gear which increase the cost of project by 20 of equipment cost. VMWT puts the technology at the very low range of capital intensity for such projects it also makes it highly competitive not only against generations of alternative or renewable energy, but even compared to conventional technologies. This project i

ncreases the efficiency than HAWT.

Engines The Heart of Your Automobiles

With the rising demands of power, better performance and fuel economy in automobile vehicles, engineers do many research and bring the advanced version of automobiles in the market with different type of advanced engines. The vehicles which are coming in our today's time are more better and advanced as compare to the technology which was used earlier. After many years of research Volkswagen group created the first successful automotive W engine, with the introduction of its "W8 Engine as a testbed for W12 ". The W12 combines two narrow-angle VR6 engines around a single crankshaft for a total of four banks of cylinders. These development and research work is always being carried out by each and every automobile industry to full fill the need of their customers and to achieve more efficient and power full engine for the automobile.

Godeye An Efficient System for Blinds

The technology is growing vastly. Everyone in humanity has some limitations. One of those limitations is visual disability. So we are here with a system that helps the visually disabled people. The framework here contains object detection with voice assistance within an app and a hardware part attached to the blinds stick for distance calculation. The app is designed to support the blind person to explore freely anywhere he wants. The working of the framework begins by surveilling the situations around the user and distinguishing them utilizing a camera. The app will then detect the objects present in the input video frame by using the SSD algorithm comparing it with the trained model. The video captured is partitioned into grids to detect the object obstacle. In this way, the subtleties of the object detected can be achieved and along with it distance measurement can also be calculated using specific algorithms. A Text to Speech TTS converter is utilized for changing over the data about the object detected into an audio speech format. The framework application passes on the scene which the blind people is going in his her territorial language with the snap of a catch. The technologies utilized here makes the framework execution effective.

Risk Analysis in Construction Project

The chance is a measurable phase of uncertainty, for which we are capable to estimate the prevalence likelihood and the measurement of damage. The danger is assumed as a deviation from the preferred level. It can be nice or, which most frequently happens, it can be negative. Therefore, the dangers evaluation is so vital for assignment decision and coordination of development work. The chance evaluation is viewed as the evaluation of damaging occasions even at the stage of planning and programming of a development project. This evaluation enriches the decision making system and presents extra arguments, which assist to choose the choicest variant of a building task the use of the Multi Aspects approach. This article gives three exceptional techniques of the chance evaluation as properly as highlighting their disadvantages, benefits and essential areas of utility selection or pre estimation . These strategies vary in their methodology from every other. The verification used to be began from the easiest strategies the usage of some qualitative variables. This approach is primarily based on the sizable subjectivity of a choice maker though it is highly easy and effortless to use. The evaluation used to be completed on the statistical method, which determines the kind of used information consequently it influences the quality of the results. The areas of software and analytical ability of the listed strategies are illustrated with the quick examples, concurrently outlining their traits from the analysis. The lookup problems, which are the canvas of software of the mentioned strategies are no longer collectively interrelated. They existing extraordinary components of variations of the funding process. Risk administration is consequently in direct relation to the profitable undertaking completion. Project administration literature describes a specific and broadly universal hazard administration process, which is built essentially from 4 iterative phases threat identification, hazard estimation, chance response planning and execution, frequently managing the danger administration manner is blanketed.

Effect of Different Fin Geometries on Heat Transfer Coefficient

High rate of heat flow is the demand of number of engineering applications, heat exchangers used in process industries, economizers used to heat water to boiler or activities like cooling of IC engines. Also, the removal of heat from integral circuit or exchange of heat between two fluids as in nuclear power plants many researchers contributed in enhancement of heat transfer through various approaches. Increase in heat transfer rate and to derive is being done by using different techniques or by performing experiments as well previous literature mentioned the theory regarding heat transfer in such a way that it will increased by increasing area and heat transfer coefficient. In case of natural convection there is only scope for increasing heat transfer area, there extended surfaces i.e. fins are better option to it. Other advantage is increasing turbulence with pitch therefore it enhances heat transfer. Study of heat transfer is possible through numerical experimental analysis. In case of numerical analysis, the results give's heat flow pattern and but less accurate. Whereas experimental analysis gives accurate results but require set up, time and valid conditions.
