Testing and Development of Power Generation from Exhaust Gas of Motor Bike

This project presents the investigation of power generation using the mixture of heat and thermo electric generators. A majority of thermal energy in two wheeler silencer is dissipated as waste heat to the environment. This waste heat may be utilized further for power generation. The related problems of worldwide warming and dwindling fuel supplies has led to improving the efficiency of any process being a priority. One method to boost the efficiency is to develop methods to utilize waste heat that is usually wasted. Two promising technologies that were found to be useful for this purpose were thermoelectric generators and warmth pipes. Subsequently, this venture included creation a seat type, verification of idea model of intensity creation by thermoelectric generators utilizing heat pipes and reenacted sight seeing. In recent years, heating and also the limitations in use of energy resources increase environmental problems with emissions. Additionally In industry, the greater part of the costs are a direct result of vitality both electrical and heat , work and materials. Yet, out of them vitality would identify with the sensibility of the expense or potential cost assets and so vitality the board will help in cost decrease. The possibilities of thermoelectric systems' contribution to "green" technologies, specifically for waste heat recovery from two wheeler silencer exhausting flue gases. It results into broad research on green advances creating power. As waste heat recovering techniques, like thermoelectric generator TEG is developed. Its implementation in automobile vehicles is administered in some ways.

Sway of Resources Overrun with Risk Mitigation in Hills Construction

In development industry danger plays a crucial role, each and every work is related with some chance factors. Especially in hilly construction tasks there are more than a few danger elements involved. The chance of danger prevalence is of useful resource factors and also via some exterior factors. These danger factors may additionally additionally lead to resources overrun in construction. This task gives the findings of questionnaire survey performed on the integral hazard elements affecting the profitable performance of hills construction in India in phrases of cost, time and quality. The fundamental risk factors in Indian hills constructions are exchange of scope of work, land acquisition delay, poor preliminary soil facts and investigations, time table prolong precipitated with the aid of rejection of unqualified substances and alternate orders by means of political pressure. The questionnaires are framed via the danger factors affects the assets in hilly construction. Based on the lookup the resources overrun due to the dangers are identified. Further, necessary threat factors had been explored thru Statistical analysis by using Chi Square approach and categorized them in six factors viz. Financial risk, Technical risk, Socio political risk, Environmental risk, Construction danger and Logistical risk. The recognized factors will be beneficial to the area engineers for format of ideal chance mitigation approach for the duration of planning stage.

Green Building Cognitions and Perceptions for Better Environment

Green buildings are marked as economical, resource efficient and environmentally friendly compared to the conventional building. A green building depletes the natural resources to the minimum during its construction and operation. A construction activity generally confers to deterioration of the environment this is due to the solid waste generated during construction. Production of carbon dioxide by occupants is also considered as a key factor. Due to this problem there is a considerable downturn in adoption of green building technology in construction industry. The main aim of this study is to set forth the factors influencing the adoption of green building. This study investigates the extent of adoption of green building concepts in commercial buildings and the key challenges arising from their adoption with the aim of determining appropriate strategies for implementing them. The study was conducted through survey method and used questionnaires, interviews, observations for data collection. In this paper a study is conducted which determines the concepts and strategies which can help to create awareness among people regarding the worth of green building and to promote green building practice for better environment.

Automation of Waste Paper Reject Handling System using DCS

process is the one in which the ink from the office waste and newspaper and removed in order to prevent it from dispersion into the pulp sodium soap is used for removing the ink. The sodium soap produced in conveyer. The existing method have only one conveyer. It carries the reject material and it create the environmental hazards. But our proposed method has two conveyers. These conveyers are worked with the help of DCS. It reduces the environmental pollution and reduce the need for more manual labor. The conveyer 1 has a magnetic separator which separate the metal, iron and its components. The conveyer 2 has a reject material like polythene and reject material. Those materials are conveyed Baling machine by using the conveyer 2. Finally, all the reject materials are bundled by using the baling machine.

Effects of Al2O3 Cu Water Hybrid Nanofluid on Heat Transfer of Double Pipe Heat Exchanger using CFD

nickel, Nano diamond, TiO2, and SiO2 flow in a tube under laminar or turbulent flow conditions. The heat transfer enhancement of nanofluids depends on particle concentrations, thermal conductivity of nanoparticles and mass flow rates. The thermal conductivity of nanoparticles may be altered or changed by synthesizing the hybrid nanocomposite nanoparticles and it is expected that fluids prepared with hybrid nanoparticles may cause further heat transfer enhancements. The hybrid nanoparticles may be defined as two or more different materials in the nanometer size hybrid nanoparticles represent an area of nanotechnology, which is experiencing a marked growth due to its potential impact in material science and engineering. In this Present work, a solid model of a double pipe heat exchanger is built. The main objectives of this research are to analyze the thermal efficiency of hybrid nano fluid Cu Al2O3 Water relative to single nano fluid Al2O3 and pure water. For which nanofluid and hybrid nanofluid passes through the tube side with 6mm diameter, while the hot fluid flows through the annulus side with a 16mm inside diameter and length 1000mm. For this we considered hot water is supplied to the outer tube at a volume flow rate of 3.5 litre min at a temperature of 353 K, while Cu Al2O3 Water based hybrid nanofluid of 0.3 volume concentration are supplied to the inner tube at different volume flow rate of 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 and 1 litre min at temperature of 301K. From the present study, it has been found that at 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8.and 1 liter per minute cold fluid flow rate and 3.5 liters per minute hot fluid flow rate the overall heat transfer coefficient is improved by 12 percent by the use of hybrid nano fluid Cu Al2O3 Water compared to single nano fluid Al2O3 .

Influence of Urea on Concrete

modulus, slump test, carbonation test, pH test, urea ingression test and increase in strength with urea percentage .This study deals to overcome three major problems in the concrete namely heat of hydration, permeability, and corrosion of steel bar embedded in concrete. Urea can generally reduce the temperature of concrete both at casting phase and during the procedure of hydration. Urea does not opposite effect the durability of reinforced concrete, except where there is an accumulation of urea crystal growth.

Load Balancing and Data Management in Cloud Computing

Cloud computing is an online storage media where we access, store and manage the data. It stores the data on remote servers rather than a local server and that data can be accessed through the internet. For example Google Drive is personal cloud storage from Google. When there are number of request in cloud computing, then load balancer is used to distribute request between the remote servers and efficiently handle those request. Load balancer distributes client request or network load efficiently across multiple servers. By using cloud infrastructure, we don't have to spend huge amount of money on purchasing and maintaining equipment. Cloud data management is a way to manage data across cloud platforms, either with or instead of on premises storage.
