Experimental Study on Plastic Vastum as a Coarse Aggregate Quia Structural Concrete

flip led questions to mankind to remedy the troubles generated through this growth. The troubles described are acute scarcity of constructional materials, improved productiveness of waste and other products. In this task M30 grade concrete is taken and waste plastic is used as modifier. Tests had been carried out on coarse aggregates, high quality aggregates, cement and modifiers plastic waste to decide their bodily properties. Trail mixes are organized with 5 , 10 and 15 of plastic aggregates as the substitute for sand in M30 grade of concre
te. Based on the mechanical power of concrete, it is found that 5 substitute of sand with plastic aggregates is the superior content.

Optimization of Solar Drying of Blanched and Unblanched Aerial Yam using Response Surface Methodology

drying using solar dryer. Mass in gram of the sample, slice thickness of the sample, and the airspeed of dryer are the independent variables considered, while the response of interest is the moisture content. RSM via central composite design CCD was used to optimize the variables of interest, while artificial neural network was used to validate the result. The result showed that a second order polynomial regression model could convincingly interpret the drying process of the aerial yam. A coefficient of determination R2 value of 0.9991 and 0.9828, model F value of 1186.03 and 60.75 for unblanched and blanched aerial yam respectively were obtained. P value 0.0001 , and low value of coefficient of variation 2.43 and 9.75 for unblanched and blanched sample indicated the fitness of the model. The optimum process variable obtained were 71 g, 3.2 mm and 1.5 m s, and 70 g, 3.0 mm and 1.5 m s for blanched and unblanched sample, respectively.

Design and Fabrication of Java Plum Planting Robot

present, most of the planting process is done manually by the labours. So, in order to minimize manual effort and to solve the problems related in this field it is essential to have sapling planting robot. We can also adopt innovative methods like these to solve the problem of shortage of labour and efficient reforestation. The scope of the study is such that the problem is general one but the solution to it is a bit specific which along with the consideration of efficient reforestation, it also considers the ergonomics and aesthetics in the design. The main points that were considered while designing stage was calculating the size of the sapling to be planted and weight of the robot. Also, a separate mechanism was developed for carrying and dropping of the saplings. This prototype prepared to bolster this research paper in prepared from a mélange of materials ranging from aluminum sections to parts prepared by rapid prototyping RP .

Investigating the Effectiveness of Construction Practices in Delayed Residential Projects in Gadhinglaj City through Time and Cost Perspective

Construction schedule delays could also be explained by means of the late completion of construction add comparison of designed schedule of project. If the explanations of the development projects schedule delay are found then the project schedule delay in construction may be reduced. During this study, factors of schedule delay were selected after the past review of literature then arranged them in primary sets. On following the survey outcomes, the hi

ghest causative groups and factors that require more consideration of delays in kokan region were explained.

Experimental Investigation on Strength of High Performance Concrete using Glass Fiber to Design a Beam

experimental investigation performed on concrete composites of M35 using glass fibres, fantastic proper for marine and hydraulic structures. The measures adopted include lowering the water cement ratio via the usage of of glass fibre preventing corrosion and holding the composite collectively against freezing and thawing. Fibres when introduced in certain share in the concrete improve the stress properties, crack resistance, ductility, flexure strength and sturdiness of simple concrete. anti crack, high dispersion, alkali resistance glass fiber have been employed in percentages various as, 0 , 10 ,and 15 share with the aid of quantity of concrete. The power and durability residences of this composite, at 7 days and 28 days curing, in terms of residences like compressive strength, flexure strength and cut up tensile power and additionally Rcc beam had been designed and tested were studied.

Prediction of Power Consumption and Leakage Detection

residential buildings play an important role within the energy management and system, as the availability and demand of energy resources is the dynamic and seasonal changes. Human beings are unaware of the cost of energy consumed by various appliances and the energy resources available for the next generation. Each appliances in homes will consume different power consumption in different seasons. Accordingly the bill rate changes.
