Design and Modelling of a Leaf Spring using 3D Printing Technology

3D printing technology forms the basis of corporation's prototyping process. 3D printing technology creates 3D physical protypes by solidifying layers of deposited power by using a liquid binder. 3D printing is an versatile process accommodating geometry of varying complexity in hundreds of different applications, and supporting many types of materials. By eliminating production steps and using substantially less material, additive process could be able to reduce waste and save more than 50 of energy compared to today's subtractive manufacturing process and reduce material cost upto 90 .The use of additive manufacturing can potentially benefit a wide range of industries including defence, aerospace, automotive, biomedical, consumer products and metal manufacturing. A leaf spring is a simple form of spring, normally used for the suspension in wheeled cars. Leaf springs are long and narrow plates attached to the body of a trailer that rests above or under trailer's axle. For safe and cozy using, to prevent the street shocks from being transmitted to the car components and to guard the guard the occupants from the road shocks it's miles important to determine the maximum safe strain and deflection. The objective is to find the stresses and deformation in the leaf spring via making use of static load on it. One of a kind of special materials with mechanical properties are taken into consideration for the structural static evaluation. All leaf spring has linear characteristics there is a linear dependence between force and deflection this means that the 3D printed springs could be used as machine elements in different applications.

A Novel SDN Architecture for IoT Security

Describes the term Internet of Things IoT security architecture based on Software Defined Networking SDN . In this context, building on SDN works with or without infrastructure. This is called the SDN domain. This work describes the mechanics of the proposed architecture and reduces the chances of using SDN to achieve more effective and flexible network security. It outlined the issues associated with current SDN security applications and introduced a new IoT system plan. This document has discussed the management of Internet access for specific networks and monitoring of global traffic. Finally, it describes the choice of architecture for SDN using OpenFlow and discusses the resulting results.

Load Frequency Control of Three Area Power System using Fuzzy Logic Controller

This paper proposes a method to determine the magnitude and location of load disturbances in multi area power systems via monitoring tie line power flows, implementing demand response regionally. In this work, proposes an intelligent coordination between secondary control and demand response through a supervisory fuzzy PI based coordinator. The simulations were performed in the environment of MATLAB SIMULINK.

A Brief Study on IoT Applications

The Internet of Things IoT is viewed as an ecosystem that includes smart objects with sensors, networks, and processing technologies that integrate and work together to provide an environment that provides smart services to end users. IoT brings many benefits to human life through an environment where smart services are provided to use any activity anytime and anywhere. All of these facilities and services are communicated through various applications running in the IoT environment. The most important utility achieved by IoT applications is monitoring and, consequently, rapid decision making for e cliient management. In this paper, we will explore the diversity IoT application domain to understand the various approaches of IoT applications that have recently been proposed based on the systematic literature review SLR method. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and statistically categorize and analyze current research approaches on IoT application approaches published between 2011 and 2018. According to the content of the current study selected, this study will use SLR processes that include general aspects of healthcare, environmental monitoring, smart cities, commercial and industrial testing, and IoT applications. IoT applications are compared to each other according to several technical characteristics, such as quality of service QoS , proposed case studies, and evaluation environments. It describes the results and shortcomings of each study, addresses those weaknesses, and provides tips for highlighting future research and open issues in IoT applications.

Key Aspect for Approach of Smart Grid Design System

With development of smart grid technology, power generation and distribution network acts as new brain in this field. In this technology, the network will not only get going to integrated and set communicable all over the country but its demand will be tracked by the control centers in different aspect and at high time the usage of power is going to cost higher than the actual rate with intimation given to the customer through notification via sms or email. Through this research, the designing for Smart Grids was inspected from a logical aspect, monitoring its behavioral, and physical, and must observe the optimal integration of entire system. From the conventional distribution system, we can see the designed for the control of all the constituents as observe to be autonomous with each other. Thus, centralization in control and consolidated functionality are the main challenges discover by the distribution system. To minimize these matter of concern, the term ""distribution system and its responsibilities"" came into effect by using information and communications technology ICT to power the resolution in circulating distribution system. For preparing the outline in this aspect, this paper aims to present a layout in initiating smart grid technology and responsibilities. In contrast we argue to design an interest in the field of Smart Grid.

Control of Stand Alone PV System using Single Voltage Sensor Based MPPT

This paper proposes to model a voltage sensor based MPPT with voltage reference control technique with a PI controller for the SEPIC converter. The PI controller will minimize the error between the reference voltage VRef generated by the MPPT controller and the panel voltage VPV . Thus, it is an adaptive solution, as if VPV is far from MPP, error will be large and so it will automatically produce large step size D and vice versa. Thus, the MPPT with voltage reference control technique with the association of PI controller can effectively improve the performance of the PV system. The simulations were performed in the environment of MATLAB SIMULINK.
