Load Estimating and Calculating the Components of Solar System

This paper is focused to develop solar system in rural area because the electricity is the backbone of the country's economy and only 40 is electrified in Myanmar. In design load estimating and calculation the components for the solar system and moreover environmental impact and climate change is also a fact to consider in it. Myanmar has high solar potential, photovoltaic PV system must be installed for most of the rural areas where there is no national grid line. To develop off grid PV system which support for people to lift up their lives in rural areas. Mono crystalline or single crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells and lead acid batteries are going to use in the system. The load estimation, PV sizing, inverter selection and battery sizing are calculated mainly. Based on the results, the design consideration can be absolutely applicable for the one village.

Computational Analysis of Thermal Behavior within a Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger SSHE

In this present work, the Computational analysis of fluid flow and heat transfer within a Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger SSHE , which is an industrial device, is reported. The 3D model of SSHE geometry is achieved with Solid Edge V18. 3D mesh model of SSHE with finite volume discretization obtained in ANSYS ICM CFD code and ANSYS CFX V15 used to solve continuity, momentum and energy equations using multiple rotating reference frame formulation.

The steady, laminar, non isothermal flow of pure glycerin Newtonian fluid was investigated. The cooling process without phase change within the SSHE was studied. The different scraper blades of 3 and 2.The inlet velocity of the fluid is varied to evaluate the thermal behavior of SSHE. The different process parameters in the parametric study are rotational velocity, axial velocity and the different scraper blades 3 and 2 . When reducing the number of rotating parts, better cooling is achieved. The variations of the local heat transfer coefficient based on inner wall temperature and bulk fluid temperature as a function of the main process parameters, namely rotational velocity, axial velocity and the different scraper blades obtained.

The results have shown that viscous dissipation has a significant effect on the cooling of the glycerine. The local heat transfer coefficient increases gradually when reducing the rotating parts of scraper blades improves the heat transfer rate. Larger increases of the same occurred with higher rotational velocity and axial velocity. If higher the value of rotating velocity=9rps is considered there is a viscous heating occurs and also more number of rotating parts friction is produced on the boundary layer surface and the temperature increases, so 2 scraper blades results shows the better heat transfer performance in bulk fluid temperature and local heat transfer co efficient. This is expected to be useful in the design of SSHEs handling highly viscous fluids.

Design and Construction of Musical Lighting Water Fountain

This paper presents the design and construction of a musical water fountain system driven by Arduino using Fourier Transform technology. Audio signals were taken from sources such as MP3 player, smart phone, laptop, etc and these signals were first amplified using LM386 IC and then transferred into an analog input of Arduino for FFT processing. To give out signals for DC pump motors, digital output pins was used. With various frequency band, turning on and off the DC motors and LED systems was created the lighting and water spray effects which should go well along with showed music. The response of this foundation is analysed for different audio frequency range and pump motor control was emphasised and, fountain model is designed for domestic usages.

Impact of Normalization in Future

Data and functionality are two primary aspects of systems. Unfortunately, there is a mental gap between these two aspects. Therefore, nowadays many are looking for the corresponding research and development fields as quite distinct with different terminology, tools, problems, processes, methods and best practices.

Design and Implementation of Mini Car Washing

In this paper the author wants to explain design and implementation of the automatic mini car washing system with sensors and CorelDRAW computer software. Arduino microcontroller is the main control unit of the system and this system is fully automated with different stages such as washing, cleaning and drying. It also contains emergency shutdown system ESD for dangerous conditions such as fire, gas, and avoidance, and this system is designed with flame, gas and infrared sensors. The main purpose of this paper is to develop automatic car washing system without manual labour. The system has the ability to identify and profile geometrical dimensions of the vehicle chassis. Vehicle dimension identification is an important point in this system to adjust the washing brushes position and time duration. The result of this system indicates that the proposed method in process control not only increases productivity, speed, accuracy and safety but also reduces the time and cost of washing.

Real time Myanmar Sign Language Recognition System using PCA and SVM

Communication is the process of exchanging information, views and expressions between two or more persons, in both verbal and non verbal manner. The sign language is a visual language used by the people with the speech and hearing disabilities for communication in their daily conversation activities. Myanmar Sign Language MSL is the language of choice for most deaf people in this country. In this research paper, Real time Myanmar Sign Language Recognition System RMSLRS is proposed. The major objective is to accomplish the translation of 30 static sign gestures into Myanmar alphabets. The input video stream is captured by webcam and is inputed to computer vision. The incoming frames are converted into YCbCr color space and skin like region is detected by YCbCr threshold technique. The hand region is also segmented and converted into grayscale image and morphological operation is applied for feature extraction. In order to translate the signs of ASL into the corresponding alphabets, PCA is used for feature extraction and SVM is used for recognition of MSL signs. Experimental results show that the proposed system gives the successful recognition accuracy of static sign gestures of MSL alphabets with 89.

Food Preservation An Introduction

Food is a very basic requirement for human survival. Food preservation is treating foods to delay its deterioration. It employs any technique to keep food from spoilage after harvest or slaughter. The main idea behind all methods of food preservation is to slow down the activity of disease causing bacteria or kill the bacteria altogether. Understanding the effects of each preservation method on foods is critical in food processing.. In this paper, concepts related to food preservation are discussed.
