Real-Time Face Detection Security System using Haar Classifier Method

Face Detection is concerned with finding whether or not there are any faces in a given images. Security and surveillance are the two important aspects of human being. Face detection is very important because it is not being safe in human environment. So, Face Detection Security System is essential between individual in life.

In the modern world everything is changed to provide a better life. So we were decided to develop the Real Time Face detection system. The importance of the face detection as it is essential for surveillance and real user interfaces security to the country. Face differ in skin colour, nose, eyebrows, chin between different people in humanity. In this paper we effort is to develop system about face detection security system in the real time.

Performance Analysis of Congestion Control Algorithm for Mobility Model in Mobile Ad-Hoc Networks by using Modified AODV Protocols

The Mobile Ad hoc Networks (MANETs) often deal with obstacles that occur in the form of packet loss and so that can be efficiently reduced by involving congestion control which includes routing algorithm and a flow control at the network layer. We are proposing agent based agent based congestion control technique for MANETs in this paper with Modified AODV protocol.

Here the mobile agents (MA) collect and broadcast the information about network congestion .The mobile agent based congestion control AODV routing protocol is used to avoid congestion in ad hoc network, and the modification done to have the same route for the MANET without changing it. Which can be done by inserting a protocol which alerts the sender to send some less packets in real time. The work of mobile agents is to carry routing information and nodes congestion status whenever the MANET is created.

Whenever a mobile agent moves through the network, it selects a less-loaded neighbour node as its next hop and simultaneously keeps on updating routing table according to the node' congestion status. With the help of mobile agents, such is the role of MAs which creates the dynamic network topology in real time. Considering the simulation results using NS-2, we showed that our proposed technique efficient that traditional one which has numerous amount of packet loss. Our protocol has high delivery ratio and throughput with reduced delay which results in providing efficient protocol when compared with the different existing techniques.

Optimization of a Composite Drive Shaft by Minimizaton of Sink Mark Defects in Injection Moulding Process

The purpose of this paper is to present an integrated approach for improving the quality characteristics of the injection molded part (Honda Upper Part) being manufactured at manufacturing industry (Pakistan), where the rejection rate for Honda upper part was on ramp due to sink marks defects. The proposed integrated approach embraces the concept of Design of Experiments (Taguchi Approach) and Response surface design methodology for injection molding process optimization.

The Taguchi Method (TM) was used to short list the variables that have significant effects on the sink marks in injection molded parts. Furthermore, the optimization approach of Response Surface Methodology (RSM) was utilized for the experimental research to acquire a prediction model that can be used to optimize injection molding process in terms of fine sink marks reduction. The result shows that the sink marks reduction Predicted by the integration of the Taguchi Method and RSM indeed decreased from 0.0088 (Taguchi' result) down to 0.0080 mm.

The empirical results reveal that the integration of the Taguchi Method and RSM could effectively improve the quality. Basically with these experiments, we tried to open the vision of manufacturers and designers regarding the application of integrated RSMTaguchi approach using linear cum interaction regression model with selected parametriclevels setting for the dimensional accuracy of the injection molded part, and thus contributing towards improvement in process' reliability. The integrated approach with regression model for optimization does not only provide theoretical worth to the literature and manufacturersdesigners but can also be applied to different manufacturing industries for quality parts production.

Analytical Investigation of Rake Contact and Friction Behaviour in Metal Cutting

The friction due to the contact between the work piece and the tool is one of the key subjects in machining research. It is well known that cutting involves three deformation zones. The primary shear zone, i.e. the shear plane, is responsible for the chip formation whereas in the secondary shear zone on the rake face the work piece and tool are in a complex state of contact.

The third region, on the other hand is responsible for the ploughing and flank contact. Although there are numerous models proposed involving, analytical, semi¬ analytical, and numerical (mostly FEM) based methods, two important inputs for these models are the material model parameters and the friction coefficient between the tool and the work piece material.

By considering literature surveys, the friction behavior in metal cutting operations is analyzed using a thermo mechanical cutting process model that represents the contact on the rake face by sticking and sliding regions. The relationship between the sliding and the overall, i.e. apparent, friction coefficients are analyzed quantitatively. The sliding friction coefficient is identified for different work piece"“tool couples using cutting tests. In addition, the effect of the total, sticking and sliding contact lengths on the cutting mechanics is investigated.

The effects of cutting conditions on the friction coefficients and contact lengths are analyzed. The cutting tool materials are Uncoated Carbide and Coated Carbide tools, and the Work piece material is aluminum which is being machined at cutting speed ranging from 600 mmin to 1200 mmin with a depth of cut 2mm.By considering the experimental results for the analysis of Rake Angle and friction behavior in metal cutting (Turning), the parameters are optimized by using the Taguchi method. For this an appropriate orthogonal array has been selected as per number of factors and their levels to perform minimum experimentations and Minitab software "“ test is performed to check the significance.

SVM Classifiers at it Bests in Brain Tumor Detection using MR Images

This paper presents some case study frameworks to limelight SVM classifiers as most efficient one compared to existing classifiers like Otsu, k-means and fuzzy c-means. In general, Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) are more dominant imaging technique for any brain lesions detection like brain tumor, Alzheimer' disease and so on. MR imaging takes a lead technically for imaging medical images due to its possession of large spatial resolution and provides better contrast for the soft tissues like white matter (WM), gray matter (GM) and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF).

The usual method used for classification of lesions in brain images consists of pre-processing, feature extraction, feature reduction and classification. Early detection of the tumor region without much time lapse in computation can be achieved by using efficient SVM classifier model.

Brain tumor grade classifications with the assistance of morphologically selected features are extracted and tumor classification is attained using SVM classifier. The assessment of SVM classifications are evaluated through metrics termed as sensitivity, exactness and accuracy of segmentation. These measures are then compared with existing methods to exhibit the SVM classifier as significant classifier model.
