Review Paper on MIMO-OFDM System Using Wimax Model

Nowadays, thanks to the remarkable progress in wireless technology, affordable wireless communication service has become a reality. Wireless communication systems can be found all around the world today. WiMAX which represents (Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access) is a major part of broad band wireless network having IEEE 802.16 standard provides innovative fixed as well as mobile platform for broad-band internet access anywhere in anytime. IEEE 802.16 standard has bandwidth of 2GHz-11GHz for fixed applications and 2-6GHz for mobile applications.

It is considered the most interesting opportunity which is able to provide data throughput up to 70 Mbps and radio coverage distances of almost 50 kilometres, and to complete wired network architectures, ensuring a cheap flexible solution for the last-mile. WiMAX can be seen as the fourth generation (4G) of mobile communications systems, In this paper study on MIMO-OFDM System and review different paper on the based of WiMAX technology.

Design Energy Efficient SMAC Protocol for Wireless Sensor Networks using Neighbour Discovery Scheduling Algorithm

Wireless sensor networks have recently attracted much attention from research. This project reviews the medium access control (MAC), which is a capable technology in wireless sensor networks called SMAC (Sensor-MAC). MAC protocols control how sensors reach a shared communication channel to communicate with neighbors in small area coverage. SMAC sets the protocol nodes to sleep during the transmission of other nodes. During this large amount of time waste in the data communication process, the neighbor node has to wait till the nodes get started.

Also, many packets are lost when all the nodes send the data packet simultaneously to a single node and this leads to data loss or corrupt data. In wireless sensor network the efficient use of energy leads to enhance the network lifetime. Idle listening, collision, control overhead and over hearing are the main reasons of energy waste in SMAC protocols. Thus, to conserve energy and enhance network lifetime we propose a new contention-based Energy Efficient SMAC protocol called EE-SMAC for wireless sensor networks.

Comprehensive investigation of Poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) polymer for weathering with the combination of different blends of UV Stabilizers and Antioxidant

Plastics (polymers) are nowadays clearly a material of choice in all the application sectors including in Automobile sector. Automotive manufacturer have relied on new technology for vehicular accessories which are all made-up of different polymers. Although these components offer an impressive range of attractive properties, the effect of climatic conditions on the durability and performance of these materials is not fully understood. The degradation/ variation of the mechanical properties of the specimen treated at different environmental/ atmospheric conditions are a primary concern when recommending such a composite for particular use.

Generally when these components are subjected to weathering effects, they are prone to underperform. Therefore to improve their properties over time, different kinds of UV stabilizers, Hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) and Antioxidant are used. However there is a need to study which UV stabilizers is to be used for the automobile applications polymers and what are its percentages? In this context, it is proposed to carry out a comprehensive investigation on degradation due to weathering of PMMA polymer with the combination of different percentages of UV stabilizers and antioxidant.

This paper briefly examines the effects of the weathering on the performance and properties of PMMA polymer which is most commonly used materials in automobile sector. The use of accelerated weathering techniques to assist in assessing the durability of these product materials is also briefly discussed. The results after weathering and mechanical tests were discussed and optimized the percentage of blends as per the application.

Development of Low Cost Solar Cell and Inverter

The first law of thermodynamics postulates that the total amount of energy in the universe is constant. The sun provides plant the food by photosynthesis. Thus the sun is a renewable energy sources of all the life on earth, The photovoltaic energy generated by sun uses solar cell to absorb the sunlight which it transmitted as electric charge in the circuit .The solar panel transfers the energy from the sun by trapping the photon. and ejecting an electron from semiconductor to produce energy .semiconductor has an energy gap between valence electron and conduction Electron. Tio2 is a wide band gap semiconductor.

The gap is very wide and the energy from sunlight can not release electrons easily but if the exited electron are received from the blackberry juice then the blackberry juice becomes slightly positive (oxidised),Thus if it is in demand of an electron to become neutral. If electrode coated with graphite come in contact with blackberry juice and Tio2 and iodine electrolyte which acts like a boat bringing electrons. This is the basic similar process which is observed and is known as photosynthesis in plants. The solar cell was fabricated on glass plate and tested for generation of voltage successfully in the sun.

Study of Mechanical Properties of Banana and E-Glass Fiber Composite

The purpose of this research work is evaluated and compares the mechanical properties of laminates prepared of different components of banana and E-glass fibers. The mechanical properties evaluated are tensile strength flexural strength, impact strength. The four laminates of banana and E-glass fibers of dimensions 150*150*5 mm^3 is fabricated by using by hand layup method. From the results of the testing process, it is found that the maximum tensile strength, maximum flexural strength and maximum impact strength is observed in pure E-glass fiber laminate and minimum in pure banana fiber laminate. From the entire test, it is found that as the glass layer in the laminate increases its mechanical properties enhances.

Acoustic-The Way of Utilizing the Resource for Research and Technology Implementation to Domestic Equipments, An Introductory Overview

Acoustics is the study of small pressure waves or sound waves in air which can be detected by the human beings. The scope of acoustics is not limited and extended to lower and higher frequencies: ultrasound and infrasound. Acoustics now includes Structural vibrations and perception/travelling of sound is an area of acoustical research, for research purposes acoustics are considered, the propagation fluids like air and water. In such a case acoustics is a part of fluid dynamics. The outmost problem of fluid dynamics is that, the equations of motions are non-linear and this implies that an exact general solution of these equations is not available and need to be developed.

Acoustics is a first order approximation in which non-linear effects are neglected. In classical acoustics the generation of sound is considered to be a boundary condition problem. The sound generated by a loudspeaker or any unsteady movement of a solid boundary are examples of the sound generation mechanism in classical acoustics.

Turbulence is a chaotic motion dominated by non-linear convective forces but an accurate deterministic description of turbulent flows is not available, The famous Lighthill theory of sound generation by turbulence is used as an integral equation which is more suitable to produce approximations than that of a differential equation Next to Lighthill's approach which leads to order of magnitude estimate of sound production by complex flows.

In this paper we produced the application of Acoustics, experiments, research done to utilize the benefits of the acoustics are reviewed much more in a better way to conceptually understand the concept and to deduce the equations of motion to build practical acoustics system and also concentration gone through the Acoustic refrigeration system.

Methods of Improving Aerodynamics of a Vehicle- A Review

In this work, a detailed study has been done to investigate flow of air over the vehicle and various methods have been discussed to check the effectiveness in particular cases, methods like vortex generators, guided vanes, tail plates, rear spoilers, angled diffusers, rear under body slicing ,splitter plates and exhaust gas redirection have been reviewed. The main aim of the review study was to know the factors affecting Coefficient of drag and lift. Of all mentioned techniques and methods, vortex generator and tail plates were found more effective in reducing the drag coefficient as well as the lift coefficient. The study proposed that CFD methods application is proving to be an effective method of improving aerodynamics of a vehicle.
