Development of Low Cost Solar Cell and Inverter

The first law of thermodynamics postulates that the total amount of energy in the universe is constant. The sun provides plant the food by photosynthesis. Thus the sun is a renewable energy sources of all the life on earth, The photovoltaic energy generated by sun uses solar cell to absorb the sunlight which it transmitted as electric charge in the circuit .The solar panel transfers the energy from the sun by trapping the photon. and ejecting an electron from semiconductor to produce energy .semiconductor has an energy gap between valence electron and conduction Electron. Tio2 is a wide band gap semiconductor.

The gap is very wide and the energy from sunlight can not release electrons easily but if the exited electron are received from the blackberry juice then the blackberry juice becomes slightly positive (oxidised),Thus if it is in demand of an electron to become neutral. If electrode coated with graphite come in contact with blackberry juice and Tio2 and iodine electrolyte which acts like a boat bringing electrons. This is the basic similar process which is observed and is known as photosynthesis in plants. The solar cell was fabricated on glass plate and tested for generation of voltage successfully in the sun.

Study of Mechanical Properties of Banana and E-Glass Fiber Composite

The purpose of this research work is evaluated and compares the mechanical properties of laminates prepared of different components of banana and E-glass fibers. The mechanical properties evaluated are tensile strength flexural strength, impact strength. The four laminates of banana and E-glass fibers of dimensions 150*150*5 mm^3 is fabricated by using by hand layup method. From the results of the testing process, it is found that the maximum tensile strength, maximum flexural strength and maximum impact strength is observed in pure E-glass fiber laminate and minimum in pure banana fiber laminate. From the entire test, it is found that as the glass layer in the laminate increases its mechanical properties enhances.

Acoustic-The Way of Utilizing the Resource for Research and Technology Implementation to Domestic Equipments, An Introductory Overview

Acoustics is the study of small pressure waves or sound waves in air which can be detected by the human beings. The scope of acoustics is not limited and extended to lower and higher frequencies: ultrasound and infrasound. Acoustics now includes Structural vibrations and perception/travelling of sound is an area of acoustical research, for research purposes acoustics are considered, the propagation fluids like air and water. In such a case acoustics is a part of fluid dynamics. The outmost problem of fluid dynamics is that, the equations of motions are non-linear and this implies that an exact general solution of these equations is not available and need to be developed.

Acoustics is a first order approximation in which non-linear effects are neglected. In classical acoustics the generation of sound is considered to be a boundary condition problem. The sound generated by a loudspeaker or any unsteady movement of a solid boundary are examples of the sound generation mechanism in classical acoustics.

Turbulence is a chaotic motion dominated by non-linear convective forces but an accurate deterministic description of turbulent flows is not available, The famous Lighthill theory of sound generation by turbulence is used as an integral equation which is more suitable to produce approximations than that of a differential equation Next to Lighthill's approach which leads to order of magnitude estimate of sound production by complex flows.

In this paper we produced the application of Acoustics, experiments, research done to utilize the benefits of the acoustics are reviewed much more in a better way to conceptually understand the concept and to deduce the equations of motion to build practical acoustics system and also concentration gone through the Acoustic refrigeration system.

Methods of Improving Aerodynamics of a Vehicle- A Review

In this work, a detailed study has been done to investigate flow of air over the vehicle and various methods have been discussed to check the effectiveness in particular cases, methods like vortex generators, guided vanes, tail plates, rear spoilers, angled diffusers, rear under body slicing ,splitter plates and exhaust gas redirection have been reviewed. The main aim of the review study was to know the factors affecting Coefficient of drag and lift. Of all mentioned techniques and methods, vortex generator and tail plates were found more effective in reducing the drag coefficient as well as the lift coefficient. The study proposed that CFD methods application is proving to be an effective method of improving aerodynamics of a vehicle.

Study of Machining on High Carbon High Chromium Die Steel Using Wire Cut EDM under Various Conditions

Tool steel are high quality steels made to close compositional and physical tolerances, they are used to make tools for cuttings, forming or shaping material into a part or component adapted to define use. There are various types tool steels are available in this we decided to select D2 material (i.e.) high carbon High chromium die steel. Using wire cut EDM machine we did machining on D2 steel under various condition - ordinary conditions, After Hardening Conditions and after Hardening and tempering Conditions The process parameters viz. Wire diameter, Wire feed rate and Current will be kept constant the wire consumption and machining time measured.

Design and Fabrication of Solar Grass Cutter to Increase Cutting Space Using Scotch Yoke Mechanism

Solar energy is the light that comes from sun and is the earth's most abundant energy source. Everyday sun radiates enormous amounts of energy into space and with the development of technology such as the solar cell, we are able to collect this energy and convert it into usable electricity. The Indian farmers have been using large machineries in cultivation with high cost of processing. In order to save energy, control pollution, reduce fuel consumption, increase the cutting space, easy to operate this grass cutter have made. This Grass cutter most familiar in the low cost, compact in size, eco-friendly to the nature. It enables to provide more cutting space comparing with previous designs.

Review on Linear Array Antenna with Minimum Side Lobe Level Using Genetic Algorithm

Antenna array is formed by assembly of radiating elements in an electrical or geometrical configuration. In most cases the elements are identical. In this paper proposed a very simple and powerful method for the synthesis of linear array antenna and GA. This method reduced the desired level of side lobe level (SLL) as well as to steer the main beam at different-different angle. A new method for adaptive beam forming for a linear antenna arrays using genetic algorithm (GA) are also proposed.
