Comparison Study Between Hydrogen Palladium Sensor and Hydrogen Manganese Dioxide Sensor

This research work oriented to compares between Palladium (Pd) thin films sensor that have been prepared on glass substrates and hydrogen sensor using optical ?ber, coated with Manganese dioxide (MnO2) nanostructures. Palladium thin films prepared by vaporization deposition technique with annealing temperature around 600C0.

Where, manganese dioxide, prepared on Optical Multimode Fiber (MMF)of 125m in diameter as the transducing platform was tapered to 20m to enhance the evanescent ?eld of the light propagates in the ?ber core. The optical characteristics of the prepared films showed that they are highly sensitive, but their properties considerably vary when the measurements conducted in vacuum or in air.

The response-recovery time of Pd materials to hydrogen gas is characterized to be extremely short. The tapered optical ?ber coated with Pd/MnO2 nanograins was found to be sensitive towards hydrogen with different concentrations in synthetic air at 240-°C operating temperature.

The annealed sensor showed higher response and sensitivity compared with the as-prepared sensors when measured in the visible to near infrared optical wavelength range. The absorbance response of the annealed Pd/MnO2 on ?ber has increased to 65% compared to 20% for the as-prepared Pd/MnO2 upon exposure to 1% Hydrogenin synthetic air.

Simulation based Performance Analysis of Histogram Shifting Method on Various Cover Images

In this paper we have simulated and analyzed histogram shifting method on different types of cover images. Secret image which is used to hide in cover image is called payload. We have analyzed this algorithm in MATLAB simulation tool. This analysis is performed to find out the performance of this method on different types of cover images. We have analyzed this to find out how much accuracy can we get when extracting payload from cover image. We have computed peak signal to noise ratio, mean square error.

Review Paper on Improved Exhaust Emission Control by The Use of Cu-Zeolite Catalyst Based Catalytic Converter

In the present time, the automobiles running on the roads have drastically increased in number due to the advancement in the sector with low cost to offer to the people. Though this has made the life sophisticated as well as has made our life easier in terms of travelling and transportation, this has dragged us towards a major issue regarding the pollution it causes to the atmosphere. The compression ignition engine that are used in the vehicles produces a large amount of obnoxious gases like NOX, HC, CO, etc.

The existing catalytic converter that is used in order to convert this harmful gases are not meeting the demands of euro 6 emission standards as well as they are inadequate to work in very high temperature. In order overcome this issue and make the system more efficient, the existing catalytic converter's ceramic structure can be modified by applying a wash coat of Cu-Zeolite catalyst to it which results in lower NOX emission even at high exhaust temperature.

CDSS implementation with CDA generation and integration for health information exchange in cloud

Electronic health record helps to improve the safety and quality care of every individual patient details, that to be stored in various hospital through health information exchange. The clinical document architecture(CDA) developed by Health level seven(HL7) is core document standard that ensure interoperability of the document. Hospitals are reluctant to adopt interoperable hospital information system due to its deployment cost except for in a handful countries. A problem arises even when more hospitals start using the CDA document format because the data scattered in different documents are hard to manage.

CDA document generation and integration Service based on cloud computing through which hospitals are enabled to conveniently generate CDA document per patient into a single CDA document and physician and patients can browse the clinical data in chronological order. To improve the accuracy and speed of diagnosis, health care system is important to provide the faster and efficient way. A clinical decision support system (CDSS) is a health information technology system that is designed to provide physicians and other health professionals with clinical decision support (CDS), that is assistance with clinical decision '“making tasks.

The system is designed by using various data mining techniques to assist the diagnosis of patient's symptoms. Our system is designed with the help of Naïve Bayesian classification technique which has overcome the various data mining technique to diagnose the patient symptoms. The Naïve Bayesian classification technique provide the diagnosis of disease with the help of symptoms occurs to the patient .'œClinical decision support systems link health observations with health knowledge to influence health choices by clinicians for improved health.

Our system implement (CDSS) clinical decision support system looking towards the system CDSS clinical decision support system diagnose the diseases of the patient and also the CDA is generated which will be in XML form and also it can be integrated through various platforms. With the help of this system the time of patient would be saved and accurate diagnoses of the patient is done.

Hostel Management System

The Hostel Management framework is a web application which is created for managing different activities in the hostel. This project is expected to limit human works and make hostel allocation much easier for student and hostel administrators with the help of the web application to hostel, naturally select the student from the waiting list and mess billing, outpass generation, complaint registration, and so forth. Student will get endorsement notice in their mails. It advises guardians with respect to their wards and their presence in hostel and their curricular will be informed to their parents using this model just in one touch.

In last, few years the number of educational establishments is expanding quickly. In this way, the quantity of hostels is additionally expanding for the settlement of the student considering in this college. Also, henceforth there is a considerable measure of strain on the individual who are running the hostel and websites are not generally utilized as a part of this specific circumstance. This specific project manages the issues on dealing with a hostel and helps to deal from the issues which happen when conveyed manually.

Simulation of Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum for Wireless Communication Systems using Simulink

In this work, a simulation model for Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum (DSSS) scheme for wireless communication systems has been proposed. Unlike the case of a single frequency carrier, the modulated signal in DSSS occupies a much wider bandwidth in order to reduce the possible interferences with narrow band communication signals. In telecommunications, DSSS is a spread spectrum modulation technique used to reduce overall signal interference. The spreading of this signal makes the resulting wideband channel more noisy, allowing for greater resistance to unintentional and intentional interference.

Mechanical Investigation and Comparison of Coated Curved Tiller Shovels (Va, Mo, B, Ti) By Hardfacing

The shovels used in cultivators are largely manufactured by the small scale industries. Due to improper material and surface hardening treatments, the quality of shovels does not conform to the Bureau of Indian Standards resulting in high wear rates and reduced life. It leads to Farmer's complaint about the high wear rate of tiller shovels and agricultural equipments in dry land areas. This high wear rate increases the cost of part replacement, downtime and labour. The objective of this study was to improve the wear resistance of tiller shovel with four different hardfacing electrodes (Va, Co, B & Ti).

Shield Metal Arc welding was used for depositing the layers of hardfacing alloy on tiller shovels. Rubber wheel abrasive test apparatus was used for Comparative wear tests on a regular tiller shovel and four hardfaced tiller shovels, where the effect of hardfacing alloys on the extent of wear and the wear characteristics of shovels were examined. In this study wear rate and hardness of regular tiller shovel and hardfaced tiller shovels, where studied. Regular tiller shovels gives the maximum wear and reduced 3 to 5 times with the help of hardfacing alloys.
