Review on CDSS implementation with CDA generation and integration for health information exchange in cloud

Successful Deployment of EHR helps to improve patient safety and quality of care, but it has the prerequisite of interoperability between health information exchange at different hospital. The clinical document architecture developed HL7 is core document standard to ensure such interoperability and propagation of this document. Unfortunately, hospitals are reluctant to adopt interoperable HIS due to its deployment cost except for in a handful countries. A problem arises even when more hospital s start using the CDA document format because the data scattered in different documents are hard to manage.

CDA document generation and integration Open API service based on cloud computing through which hospitals are enabled to conveniently generate CDA document per patient into a single CDA document and physician and patients can browse the clinical data in chronological order. CDA system of CDA document generation and integration is based on cloud computing and the service is offered in Open API. A clinical decision support system (CDSS) is a health information technology system that is designed to provide physicians and other health professionals with clinical decision support (CDS), that is assistance with clinical decision '“making tasks.

A working definition has been proposed by Robert Hayward of the Centre for Health Evidence: 'Å“Clinical decision support systems link health observations with health knowledge to influence health choices by clinicians for improved health. Our system will implement CDSS clinical decision support system it the system looking towards the clinical decision support from existing CDA system provided information. CDSS will help the doctor's do the diagnosis of the patient from the existing CDA system. So that the time will be saved of the patient or if the patient is unable to bring or collect the health record the doctor's will be able to detect the particular disease.

Implementation of Real-Time Taxi Ride Sharing

This Project is designed to create a Real-time taxi ride Sharing Application. It works by accepting a real-time ride requests from the passengers sent through smartphones and schedules proper taxis to pick them up via ridesharing. The monetary constraints of the application are to provide benefits for both passengers and taxi drivers, passengers pay less amount compared with no ridesharing and get compensated if their travel time is lengthened due to ridesharing, taxi drivers will make money for all the detour distance due to ridesharing.

This paper gives an overview of the taxi-sharing service, key algorithms for dynamic rideshare matching processes. It uses a special request called as seek and offer request, through which a rider can seek the request send by the driver and the driver can offer the request to the riders or passenger's and depend upon the distance the cost is calculated, when a particular rider or passenger reaches to a destination. It introduces the concept of seeking and offering the ride request.

A Review Paper on Leveraging Data Duplication to Improve the Performance of Storage System with CLD and EHD Image Matching in the Cloud

With the explosive growth in data volume, the I/O bottleneck has become an increasingly daunting challenge for big data analytics in the Cloud. In existing paper, propose POD, a performance-oriented deduplication scheme, to improve the performance of primary storage systems in the Cloud by leveraging data deduplication on the I/O path to remove redundant write requests while also saving storage space. This research works aims to remove data duplication in the cloud. Improve the performance of storage system. We use concept of image processing to utilize the space.

In this paper we discussed about the design and implementation of data duplication to improve the efficiency of storage in cloud. This system, implements wireless data access to servers. An alternative method for us is remove the data duplication in storage system by using web based application in which we can use two matching technic CLD(color layout descriptor) and EHD(enhance histogram descriptor).

User can browse image and upload the image on web page then we apply CLD & EHD technic and then see uploaded image is already store on cloud or not, if there is matching image like uploaded image then we extract referenced of already store image then send to the receiver and receiver can receive the image. If there is no matching image then upload new image to database.

By extracting reference of already store image there is no need to upload again same image to database so, we can remove data duplication, improve the storage space efficiency and utilize network bandwidth so, our system more effective than the data deduplication to improve the performance of primary storage system.

Solar Energy Programs for Rural Electrification: Experiences and Lessons from South Asian countries

South Asia represents 37 percent of the total population without access to power. Such a circumstance keeps on existing regardless of a few activities and strategies to help country jolt endeavours by the particular nation governments including utilization of sustainable power source innovations. While traditional matrix expansion has been the transcendent method of zap in the area, the nations have additionally broadly utilized sun oriented photovoltaic (PV) innovation for vitality get to.

Be that as it may, there has been execution challenges including specialized, money related, institutional, also, administration hindrances. This paper, in view of broad writing audit and overview of chose programs, shares the experience and lessons of sun powered PV programs for country jolt in South Asia '“ both at the provincial and nation levels - and furthermore introduces a near examination to misuse the cross learning potential.

The paper proposes that yield centred methodologies, budgetary developments, packaging of ventures for concentrating vitality loads, receiving standard procedures and measurements, creating vital foundation, and building neighbourhood specialized limit are vital to upgrading the adequacy of the sun powered PV programs upgrading the adequacy of the sun powered PV programs.

Dynamic Modeling of PEMFC and SOFC

In this paper, a complete description of dynamic modeling of proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) and solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) is given. For modeling of fuel cell for software based study, calculation of all voltage drops during chemical reaction of fuel is required. Additionally a flow chart of fuel cell output voltage calculation is also explained which includes fuel cell voltage, double layer charging effect, thermodynamic response and terminal voltage of fuel cell.

By using ac to dc converter, the fuel cell power can be connected to load or grid. Based on this study, a mathematical model of fuel cell is developed in simulink software MATLAB to obtain output characteristic of fuel cell.

A Modified Method for Preventing Blackhole Attack in MANETS

Black hole attack is one of the security threat in which the traffic is redirected to such a node that actually does not exist in the network. It's a real world analogy to the black hole in the universe in which things disappear. The node presents itself in such a way to the node that it can attack other nodes and networks knowing that it has the shortest path. MANETs must have a secure way for transmission and communication which is quite challenging and vital issue. Study of previous work concludes that works done on security issues in MANET were based on different reactive routing protocol but still there is needs to avoid Black Hole attack in MANETs.

This research work proposed detection and mitigation technique to avoid black hole attack and improve the network performance. Performance of proposed solution is similar with original AODV and tries to maintain privacy of content.

Brief Review on Al6351 Composite

For the past few years there has been a rapid growth in the utilisation of aluminium alloys, particularly in streams like aerospace and automobile industries. The versatility of aluminium makes it widely used metal. It is due to its low weight, density, high strength, wear resistance etc. Al6351 has high strength good mechanical and tribological properties when compare to other alloys. AL6351 can be seen in forms of extruded rods, wire and shapes which are easily machinenable and can have a wide variety of surface finishes.
