Modeling the Process of Extraction of Oilseed Material in a Unit with Critical Carbon Dioxide

The mathematical model of process of extraction of an oilseed material in the units with critical carbonic gas was developed. On the basis of this model researches are conducted and schedules of change of concentration of oil in firm both liquid phases and decrease of concentration of oil in quasilayers are gained at different coefficients of diffusion, and also resulted comparison of the gained results to experimental data.

Vibration Analysis on Car Steering Due to Smooth and Rough Road Condition

In this project actually we are going to find out the vibrational analysis for different car steering for different road profiles. And also our aim is to find out or collecting out the vibrational values, to know the vibration of the steering in different road conditions. In this project we have used the accelerometer sensor for finding out the steering vibrational values in different road profiles. And also we have used the digital to analog converter, which convert the sensor reading values to the analog values. The methodology we have used as usually normal method to taking vibrational values of normal steering and power steering in smooth and rough road conditions.

The values we have collected from the sensor readings are put it in the DEWE software for analyzing, in this software can find out which steering will produce more vibration in different road profiles. In this project we are going to find which steering will produce more vibration in different road conditions.

Smart Garbage Monitoring System : Present And Future

The main objective of this paper is to observe the trash can and maintain the surroundings sensible and clean. Today folk's square measure victimization additional merchandise as well as food things, industrial merchandise, medicines and, plastic materials. Once expiration of those things they're place it into a trash can for disposal. While not correct maintenance of dustbins, these expiration things will produce epidemic diseases among folks and pollution to the atmosphere. that the dustbins at cities, home, industries and hospitals have to be compelled to be maintained properly to make sure cleanliness.

In this system we have a tendency to square measure attending to use Raspberry-Pi, Ultrasonic sensing element and Flame sensing element. The vision of our project is to form the environment clean in sensible method.

Review on Experimental analysis of Matrix Absorber Designs for Solar Air Heater

Solar energy is important source of renewable energy. This energy are used in solar air heater. Solar air heater is one of the valuable heat sources with variety of applications such as space heating, industrial process heating and drying of fruits and vegetables etc. The thermal efficiency of a conventional solar air heater (SAH) can be improved by reducing the losses from the collector surface by using proper insulation and increasing the convective coefficient between heat collecting surface and working fluid by increasing the heat transfer area which can be increased by double pass design.

Some experimental and theoretical investigations have been considered to enhance the performance of double pass solar air heaters (DPSAHs) provided with performance enhancement techniques i.e. using packed bed materials (PBMs), extended surfaces like fins, and corrugated/grooved absorbing surfaces. The objective of present study is to review the various investigations conducted on performance enhancement of solar air heater. Based on the review, it is found that the most of the investigations were performed on double pass system having PBM and integrated with extended surfaces.

Thermal efficiency of double pass solar air heater with porous media is higher than single pass and double pass solar air heater without porous media. Effect of various parameters of porous media like pitch, number of layers , bed depth, porosity, thermal conductivity, pitch to wire diameter ratio have been studied. Few studies were conducted on corrugated or grooved absorbing surface and very few studies have been presented on double pass systems having artificial roughness.

A Review on Experimental Analysis of Double Pass Solar Air Heater With Baffled Absorber Plate

This review paper based on the study of different type of solar air heater with baffled fin and without using baffle fin. It has been observed that the thermal efficiency of baffled duct type solar air heater is higher than smooth duct solar air heater. Highest thermal performance advantage in wide range of air flow rate. The heat transfer coefficient between the absorber plate and air can be considerably increased by using artificial roughness on the bottom plate and under the absorber plate of a solar air heater duct. Study and analysis of roughness and operating parameters on heat transfer.

The study has covered the range of Reynolds number Re depending on types of the configuration of the solar collectors. Based on the values of Nusselt number Nu have been determined for different values of configurations and operating parameters. To determine the increase in heat transfer and increment in thermal performance, the values of Nusselt have been compared with those of smooth duct and baffled fin under similar flow conditions. The enhancement is attributed to the heat transfer increases due to the perforated baffles on the absorber plate and reduction in the mean absorber plate temperature.

Solar Passive Architecture an Overview

Basic requirement of shelter includes the use of enormous amount of energy for increasing population.Per capita electricity consumption has reached 1010 kilowatt-hour (kWh) in 2014-15, compared with 957 kWh in 2013-14 and 914.41 kWh in 2012-13, according to the Central Electricity Authority (CEA). India presently has an installed power generation capacity of 281,423MW.The peak power deficit'”shortfall in supply of power when the demand is maximum'”was 5.2% in year 2013-14.

Electricity demand in India is very high due to population of 121 crores. Production of electricity is mainly done by fossil fuels. They release gasses and particulates when they burn. Gasses are usually invisible, and include carbon dioxide, which has impacts on the global environment by accelerating global warming. Other gasses, like carbon monoxide, have impacts within the home, by affecting breathing and reducing the oxygen content of the blood.

Fossil fuels are depleting at a very fast rate and the production of electricity by them is not eco-friendly. For sustainable development and to reduce the environmental pollution Solar Passive Architecture is best option specially for building sector. Solar energy is genesis for all forms of energy. With its pollution free nature, virtually inexhaustible supply and global distribution- solar energy is very attractive energy resource. Making a building comfortable for human occupation with the minimum use of electricity consumption is called the Solar Passive Architecture.

Evaluation of Feasibility of Interlinking of Rivers for Environmental Protection

Interlinking of Rivers aims to link India's major river system by a network of reservoirs and canals so as to reduce persistent floods in some parts and water deficit in other parts of the country. The proposal is broadly categorized into three parts viz. the Northern Himalayan Rivers inter-link , the Southern Peninsular and an Intra-State Rivers linking componenst. The project is being studied by NWDA, under MWR. India receives about 4,000 through rainfall from June to mid- September.

Moreover it is not uniform in space and time, results floods in one part and droughts in other. This geographical and time variance in availability of natural water versus the year round demand for irrigation, drinking and industrial water creates a demand-supply gap that has been worsening with rising population. The Proponents of the rivers inter-linking projects claim the answers to problem is to conserve the abundant monsoon water bounty, store it in reservoirs, and deliver this water through rivers inter-linking project - to areas and over times when water becomes scarce.

In addition the project also offer potential benefits to transport infrastructure through navigation, and fish farming. The National perspective plan envisions about 170 million acre feet of water for beneficial uses in India, enabling irrigation over an additional area of 35 million hectares, generation of 40,000 MW hydro power, flood control and other benefits. The cost of the project is invoices 6.5 lack crores as on 2003.

Opponents are concerned about knowledge gap on environmental, ecological, social displacement impacts and unseen risks associated with tinkering with nature. Others are also concerned that some projects create international impact and the rights of nations such as Bangladesh and Nepal must be respected and negotiated.
