Smart Integrated Trolley for Future Super Markets

Among the various sectors that contribute to the economic growth of a country, the service sector, especially the retail sector, plays an important role. In that sense, the retail sector especially in supermarkets, in India is growing very fast. However, there is a problem in getting qualified labours for the development of the sector. Thus, this creates a situation where supermarkets lose their customers and their profits. Although various innovations have been implemented in the supermarkets to address these issues, it does not seem to be sufficiently satisfactory. Smart Integrated Trolley for Future Super Markets is recommended here to address these shortcomings. In this system, the control unit is integrated with the entrance unit, trolley unit, and check out unit. Trolley will smartly receive the payment for the items selected by the customer and give the receipt. The customer can also ask about his doubts and queries through a wireless two way communication device in the trolley. Using this system enables better service to customers and also helps to reduce the number of labours. And there is no doubt that supermarkets operating in more than one shift mode will increase the quality of their service and their profit margin when they use this system.

An In depth Review on Bridge Crack Detection Approaches

Bridges are mega structures that have been utilized and built for millennia. These structures are highly effective in achieving transportation and commute between two highly inaccessible destinations easily. Bridges are also highly effective in reducing traffic was by allowing the use of an alternate path for the traffic flow to be resumed. This makes them highly versatile and extremely effective in various scenarios. But as with any constructed structures, these bridges need to be evaluated for their structural integrity and surveyed for any flaws or cracks that have been emerged over time. This is usually done manually by a civil engineer which is a time consuming process and can also introduce human error. Therefore to improve this procedure and number of related works have been analyzed extensively to achieve bridge crack detection through image processing methodologies. An effective approach has been envisioned through the use of convolutional neural networks and decision tree techniques to achieve bridge crack detection which will be further elaborated in the next edition of this research article.

Review on Solar Chimney Ventilation

Proper ventilation in one of the primary requirements of any domestic or commercial buildings. The conventional method employs usage of air conditioning or air cooling systems which requires high power consumption. The solar driven ventilation systems can be used in buildings which doesn’t require any external power. The current research reviews various researches conducted in improving system of passive ventilation along use of phase change material as energy storage system. Passive design of buildings does not use the electrical and mechanical systems in providing comfortable indoor environment.

Development of Modified System for Round Ring Cloth Peg Assembly

Clothes pegs are mostly used for hanging a wet cloth for drying. In cloth pegs it consists there are two parts of plastic peg and assemble with round ring. There are separately manufacture of pegs and round ring. This is very tedious and troublesome process, So that research of machine, design and after that fabricated of mechanism for reduced the human effort.

Comparative Study of Analysis of G 6 Building for Different Seismic Zones using STAAD.PRO and ETABS A Review

STAAD and ETABS are today the markets leading design software. This latest encoded software is used by many design companies. As a result, this project development mainly addresses virtual analysis of the results achieved by designing a multi story concrete frame design when designed on a separate basis using STAAD and ETAB software. The design consists of load calculations and analysis of the entire structure. STAAD.Pros and ETABSs design methods are limited state designs in compliance with the Indian Standard Practice Code. The principal aim of the structural engineers is to develop a safe and economical structure using technologies to make it more complicated and large structures for the structural engineer to tackle. STAAD.pro offers state of the art visualisation tools and powerful, dynamic analytical analytical and design engines. STAAD.Pro is the choice of a professional from the generation of the model, analysis and design to the viewing and verification of results. ETABS is currently used by many structural designers as well as a leading design software.

Factors Influencing Smallholder Potato Farmers’ Choice Decisions of Market Outlets in Musanze and Nyabihu Districts, Rwanda A Multivariate Probit Model

Potato Solanum tuberosum L. is an important crop that plays a major role in food security and poverty reduction to a large proportion of rural farmers in the North West than other parts of Rwanda. However, potato is a perishable product which necessitates an effective choice decision of the market outlet. This paper presents factors influencing smallholder potato farmers’ choice decisions for market outlets in Rwanda. Through a multistage sampling technique, cross sectional data were collected from 585 smallholder potato farmers in Musanze and Nyabihu Districts. Both descriptive statistical methods and econometrics methods were used for data analysis. Multivariate probit model was used to determine the factors influencing smallholder potato farmers’ choice decision to sell to particular market outlets. Results showed that farming experiences, level of education of decision maker, household size, household income, household assets, access to market information and distance to market significantly influenced the smallholder potato farmers’ choice decisions of selling to consumer, retailer, wholesaler, cooperative, collection centres and processors market outlets. The study recommends establishment of structured market systems to improve access to potato market information. This should be supported by agricultural financingfor improved seeds acquisition and other productive inputs to enable farmers to increase surplus potato supplied to market. Improving the farmers’ education in marketing would also help them to effectively deliver potato to efficient market outlet.

A Survey Paper on Leakage Power and Delay in CMOS Circuits

Power consumption is one of the top issues of VLSI circuit design, for which CMOS is the primary technology. Today’s focus on low power is not only because of the recent growing demands of mobile applications. Even before the mobile era, power consumption has been a fundamental problem. To solve the power dissipation problem, many researchers have proposed different ideas from the device level to the architectural level and above. However, there is no universal way to avoid tradeoffs between power, delay and area and thus, designers are required to choose appropriate techniques that satisfy application and product needs. In this paper we study different author’s paper to relate to this problem and try to find out the best solution for future work.
