Manufacturing of Bio Plastic from Waste Vegetable

Bioplastic may be made up of agriculture by-product and additionally from used plastic bottle and different containers victimization microorganisms. Common plastic, like fossil-fuel plastic (also referred to as petrobased polymers), are derived from fossil oil or gas. Production of such plastic tends to need a lot of fossil fuels and to provide a lot of greenhouse gases that the assembly of bio primarily based compound (bioplastics).

perishable bioplastic will break down in either anaerobic or aerobic setting, betting on however they're factory-made. Bioplastics may be composed of starches, cellulose, biopolymers, and a spread of different material.

Health Care Monitor with Emergency Support

The world of medical science is an emerging area that has accelerated with new technologies and this is the time when the vision of 'Ε“The internet of things' has turned into reality. People demand more care at reduced clinical costs, remote health monitoring is one of the possible solutions to this demand. Remote health monitoring can be best utilized provided the device is wearable to facilitate continuous self monitoring. In this paper, we propose a system for monitoring of pulse rate, body temperature and oxygen level in blood (vital body parameters) of the person with dedicated sensors along with electrodes using arduino.

This system is wearable and also supports remote health monitoring. Remote Health monitoring is attained by storing the collected data to cloud and it can also viewed in an application. In case of any emergency, alert messages are sent to relative's phone numbers. This data can be retrieved by the doctor for analysis anywhere and any aberrancy will be timely detected. Along with remote monitoring and wearability of system, accuracy and cost cannot be ignored.

Design Evaluation and Optimization of IC Engine Connecting Rods '“ A Review

Fatigue analysis and Optimization of connecting rod are the modern trend in automotive engineering industry emphasis on many parameters like total deformation, life, factor of safety, stress biaxiality and fatigue sensitivity. The main scope of this work comprises detailed review on various methods and procedures adopted by different researchers in Fatigue analysis of commercially used Engine Connecting rod. The objective of conducting fatigue analysis varies from each other like Weight reduction, Cost reduction, Shape optimization and fatigue life calculation at varying boundary conditions and loads.

Fatigue analysis has a very dominant position in product design and development as more than 50% of the products, structural failures are due to fatigue concept only. The review have emphasized the importance of conducting the fatigue analysis of the connecting rod to identity its critical points, fatigue life and factor of safety etc., for its better performance and life period extension.

Defensing Confidentiality During Complete Packet Inspection On A Middlebox

In Internet to encrypt traffic, HTTPS provides secure and private data communication between clients and servers. Network operators often deploy middle boxes to perform deep packet inspection (DPI) to detect attacks using techniques ranging from simple keyword matching to more advanced machine learning and data mining analysis. But this approach cannot protect users' private information from a service provider who deploys middle boxes. SPA Box, a middle box-based system that supports both keyword-based and data analysis-based DPI functions over encrypted traffic.

SPABox preserves privacy by using a novel protocol with a limited connection setup overhead. In this paper to further improve the performance, we are working on the network performance requirements.

Text Detection from Natural Images using MSER Algorithm

In present daily life text plays an important role in daily life because of its rich information that is why automatic text detection in natural images has many applications. But detecting the text from natural image is always a challenging problem. Due to the presence of variation in the background and as the size of the text also not fixed in case of natural images it is very difficult to identify the text accurately. Through tremendous efforts have recently been devoted in this research but still reading texts in unconstrained environment is still challenging and remain a problem.

Today text detection finds many applications in various fields, including visual impairment assistance, tourist assistance, content based image retrieval and unmanned ground vehicle navigation. Today most of the images are taken from the camera and other handhold devices which are not fixed and sometimes due to the movement of the object the problem of blurring is observed which makes it even more difficult to detect the text from natural images.

Here in this thesis an idea is proposed to detect and recognize the text contains in the image as the main problem in Computer vision is to separate the text from the background components. There are many methods which are still used to detect the text from the natural scene such as text detection using edge analysis, robust text detection, Real time text tracking, but none of them is promising.

In this paper text detection is carried by using canny edge detection algorithm and MSER based method along with the image enhancement which results in the improved performance in terms of text detection. In addition, we improve current MSERs by developing a contrast Enhancement mechanism that enhances region stability of text patterns.to remove the blurring caused during the capture of image Lucy Richardson de blurring Algorithm is used.

Investigation on Dissimilar Metal Welds by Resistance Spot Welding Process

In the present scenario welding of dissimilar metals is very important because one metal cannot gives optimum chemical, physical and mechanical properties required for an application. Like Al-Steel or Mg-Al welding for reducing the weight of the transportation vehicles such as train, automobile, and ship, high alloy material-low alloy steel or stainless steel- low carbon steel for strength and corrosion resistance, Al-Cu for electronic components. So many researches have been carried out on joining of Fe-Al by RSW using different elements as interlayer but optimization of cladding ratio for transition material is not done.

Here in this paper condition for optimum performance is determined in the terms of influence of parameters on the tensile shear strength of the weld, optimize the process parameters without the Silver interlayer, optimize the process parameters with the Silver interlayer, and investigate the mode of failure of these welds.

Design and Fabrication of Bottom Fixture in Robot Soldering Machine

The main purpose of this project is to design and manufacture of bottom fixture in Robo Soldering machine and inspect it with the image of the PCB captured through Vision Based system. Power supply has to be turned on to peripheral devices of the machine before turning on main supply. Status of DIO (Direct Input Output) power supply and field bus connection is diagnosed at the initialization process. When the product is kept on the table and if there is no power supply detected then there will be a alarm.

The process mainly takes place with the help of PLC and Lab VIEW interfacing. VCC (Verify C- Compiler) program software is used .lab VIEW programming for automation purpose and process repetition and this acts as master and PLC as slave. The communication cable that is used is RS232. When the component is first placed on the fixture table, a sensor gives the feedback to the controller. The 4 digit, 7- segment LED display shows the controller status. An image of the board before soldering is captured. Create a position table and a program using the SEL (Services for Export and Language) programming language.

Now according to the programming fed, the Robot takes the solder material and feed it on the points where the soldering has to be done on the PCB board based on X/Y/Z coordinate axes. After the soldering is done, an image is captured. If the soldering is done well with the appropriate feed on all pins then we get the inspection result as "Good" else the result will be "No Good".

If the result is "Good' then it can be taken to the next level else the same procedure has to be repeated. The main advantage of this vision based inspection is that it gives the details of even the person who did the process, in case if there is any issue regarding that product. This can be designed in such a way to be used for other applications also.
